This lovely transitional home in Minnesota's lake country pairs industrial elements with softer formal touches. It uses an eclectic mix of materials and design elements to create a beautiful yet comfortable family home.

One of my favorite parts of this nursery design is the rug. My client loved this mint medallion rug, and the colors and pattern worked perfectly with the design. The now dated 90s bath Katie spent her childhood splashing in underwent a full-scale renovation under her direction. The goal: Bring it down to the studs and make it new, without wiping away its roots. Details and materials were carefully selected to capitalize on the room’s architecture and to embrace the home’s traditional form. The result is a bathroom that feels like it should have been there from the start. Featured on HAVEN and in Rue Magazine Spring 2022.

Clayton Johnson of Yardscapes, created this front yard remodel, by changing the front walk way into a meandering path to the front door using irregular limestone and by adding interesting plant material to add texture and color.
