Our kitchen and bath remodel was a major transformation — we knocked down walls, added a freestanding island, created a custom coffee bar along with a full bathroom remodel. When our original designer unexpectedly quit during demo, Annie and KC stepped in and completely changed the trajectory. Their creativity, attention to detail and steady leadership made all the difference. A huge part of the success was also thanks to Dio, the superintendent. He ran the job site with professionalism and respect. He was always kind, always patient, and he absolutely adored my puppy — which made the whole experience even better. The finished space is stunning. We are truly grateful to the entire team—especially Annie, KC, and Dio—for bringing our vision to life.

I absolutely LOVED working with Bethany and Matt on my new cabinets! I went to many different cabinet builders prior to visiting S&W and was underwhelmed by their customer service. S&W not only had my dream cabinets but Bethany was such a joy to work with. She is pleasant, thorough and knows her cabinets! Matt is an absolute craftsman at installing cabinets, he was able to compensate so much for my uneven walls and ceilings, it all came out seamless. My kitchen came out better than I could have dreamed!

S & W did a fantastic job on my kitchen remodel project. It could not have gone better. They have the experience and the industry relationships to navigate permitting, scheduling, installation and project closeout efficiently and complete. Cathy Hadley, our project designer, did a great job making our ideas into reality and our project superintendent, Adam Rivera, made sure the project stayed on schedule and done right. They did a great job keeping me informed on progress, issues discovered during construction because of the age of the house and presenting cost effective solutions to address those issues in a timely manner to keep the project on schedule and deliver a great finished product.

Our kitchen renovation started out a bit rocky with the original project manager and superintendent. Communication was inconsistent, questions often went unanswered, and unfortunately some items were either ordered incorrectly or not ordered at all. We also had workmanship issues that we had to repeatedly point out during the process. That said, once Lacie stepped in, everything changed. Her attention to detail, exceptional communication, and genuine care for making sure the project was completed correctly and beautifully completely turned the experience around. She took the time to thoroughly review the work, address concerns, and ensure nothing was overlooked. By the end, our kitchen became exactly what we had hoped for. We also want to give special recognition to Chris, the cabinet installer, for his craftsmanship and professionalism, and Andre, the tile contractor, who truly saved the day by completely redoing the backsplash and making it look incredible. Because of Lacie’s leadership and commitment to getting things right, we will absolutely be choosing S&W again for our upcoming bathroom renovations. Thank you for making sure our kitchen was finished the way it should have been from the start!

We were looking for a designer/contractor to provide a refresh on our recently purchased New Smyrna Beach condo. After initially beginning the process with someone else, it became apparent through the design phase that a change was necessary. I was familiar for decades with the respected reputation of S&W Kitchens, but only recently became aware that their range of services extended well beyond kitchens to include bathroom remodels to full house renovations. From our initial consultation with Longwood Project Designer Mayerlin, it was clear that we had selected a winner. Mayerlin listened to our vision of what we imagined for our new beach home. Moving forward through the design phase, Mayerlin and her design assistant, Chesleigh, created a comprehensive plan including pre-construction to complete remodel architectural quality floorplans and elevations. Mayerlin presented choices for all necessary materials and with her guidance we made our final selections. The project included a total refresh of the kitchen including a new kitchen island, new cabinetry and new appliances. The living room included a new extensive accent entertainment wall with adjacent built in lower cabinetry and upper floating shelves. These areas included a new tongue & groove ceiling with beams. The primary bathroom was fully gutted and a new floorplan design for vanities and an enlarged shower was successfully completed. The two other guest bathrooms were updated with new vanities, countertops, sinks, backsplashes and mirrors also. All old incandescent can ceiling lights throughout were updated to LED can ceiling lights. The Project Construction Manager, Tim, handled the flow of work and coordination of subs as a true professional. Tim was always responsive to our questions and concerns. And Mayerlin was always following up in the field as the project went from demolition to completion. The finished result is stunning and exceeded our pre-construction vision. Mayerlin, Tim and the S&W team were outstanding. Please do not hesitate to give them consideration in bringing your remodel dreams to reality. Doug & Sally January 2026

My wife and I recently finished our first full home remodel through S&W kitchens. Justin was a wonderful interior designer. He treated our house with as much care as his own and helped us bring our dreams to reality. When moving back in we couldn’t believe the transformation as the space was given a whole new life. I cannot recommend going with the S&W kitchens team and Justins design expertise enough.

Greatly exceeded my expectations

We hired S&W Kitchens to renovate our 1970 home with a new kitchen, dining room, living room and breakfast room with new flooring, paint throughout, cabinets, black splash and counters. Up until a month ago I would have given S&W zero stars. But a new supervisor- Jeff Bishop -made everything work correctly and finished the job in a reasonable time. Jeff Bishop and Amy Downs Martinez both deserve five stars!! I recommend that you ask for them before signing a contract with S&W Kitchens.

Really beautiful work. I had a (lofty) vision and they made it come to life. Pretty smooth process too considering how intense it was (total kitchen reno). Highly recommend!!

Sarah was our project designer and handled the product services. She did an outstanding job designing with great attention to detail and wonderful ideas. Sarah kept us updated throughout the process and is wonderful to work with !!!

Updated review after completion: Ultimately, my project was transferred to someone with the bandwidth and initiative to properly handle it. She finally got the long-languishing repairs on track while competently navigating further challenges that arose along the way. I believe now that the source of the problem is that I was unfortunately working with a designer who was not effectively communicating my repeated concerns or requests for escalation through the company channels, which left me stuck in an endless loop of delays and setbacks. I do have lingering concerns about the repeated quality-control lapses involving the cabinet supplier itself. While S&W ultimately worked through the problems, the number of defects, replacement parts, and repeated corrections was well beyond what I would reasonably expect on a new installation of this scale. In fairness, I also recognize that had I been more assertive about making sure management directly heard my concerns, the resolution likely would have come much sooner. Once I finally went around the bottleneck and escalated the issues myself, things began smoothing out quickly. In summary, I don't believe my experience reflects the company as a whole as much as an unfortunate mismatch with one designer who was not effectively managing communication or escalation. Once others within S&W Kitchens became involved, the project moved forward much more professionally and efficiently. I would like to thank all involved for, ultimately, a good result. Thank you! Original review: This was a small cabinet project (approximately a 5' × 2' footprint) that has dragged on for months due to repeated delays, workmanship issues, and long gaps in communication, despite payment in full approx. 6 months ago. The project remains incomplete and the space is still unusable for its intended purpose. Post-installation issues included warped panels, misaligned doors, visible gaps, and finish defects. Repair efforts were slow and disorganized. In one instance, after waiting roughly 50 days for replacement parts, a third-party installer arrived but could not proceed because the parts had not even shipped yet from another state. On multiple occasions, I was advised to attempt fixes myself, such as trying to straighten a warped door with heavy books or conceal gaps with color-matched caulk. Request to escalate the project to another manager were not acted upon. Overall, the combination of quality issues, delays, and lack of follow-through made this an expensive and frustrating experience. I would not recommend S&W Kitchens.

Thanks S&W for making our home feel like a home again after the 2024 hurricane season! Aaron W. and Clinton M. both helped us design and construct our new, beautiful kitchen as well as complete other updates around our house like new flooring. All of their contractors were easy to work with and we ended up with exactly what we wanted.

We can’t recommend Annie at S&W kitchens highly enough. We had been to numerous stores to try to find what we were looking to remodel our master bath and failed. Within 15 minutes Annie had figured out the look we wanted and had exactly what we were looking for. She made the whole process so easy from start to finish and was involved every step along the way to make sure there were no issues. If you need assistance with your project, Annie is who you need to talk to.

Larissa and Mike were an amazing team. Larissa provided exceptional service transforming the 1960s bathroom into a 21st century bathroom. She helped navigate the insurance claim system assisting in the release of funds. I cannot say enough kind words about Mike. He provided professional oversight, and handled all unforeseen issues immediately. His ability to communicate schedules and potential issues alleviated any stress during the remodeling. Great team and great service!

We live in Gulf Harbors in New Port Richey, and our home was flooded badly in Hurricane Helene in Sept/2024. Our neighbor used S & W Kitchens to remodel their kitchen and RAVED about how wonderful they were to work with. We decided to give them a try, and I made an appointment in the showroom in Palm Harbor. The showroom was lovely and the cabinet selections that they had were amazing! They had beautiful countertops and other fixtures to choose from. I’ve never seen a collection of backsplashes like they had. We were immediately HOOKED. We made our selections and signed the contract! Gina was our designer, and she was wonderful! She is so creative and easy to deal with. She answered any questions that we had very quickly. Alex was the project manager who was involved in the day-to-day operations. Every Monday morning (early), we would have an email from him of the entire schedule for the week, so we knew exactly what to expect. We really liked that! The workers were top-notch! The finished project was perfection, we absolutely LOVE IT. If you’re looking for a kitchen remodel, give them a call! You’ll be glad you did!

We used S & W Kitchens to remodel our guest and master bathrooms at our condo in Cocoa Beach. Justin our designer was awesome to work with along with the Super Carlos and all the other workers who did the remodel. Both bathrooms turned out better than we could have imagined. Everyone we worked with was very professional and helpful. I highly recommend them!

Both the primary and guest bathrooms were completely remodeled. The transformation is stunning! From my initial contact with the designer, Justin, and then throughout planning, selection, coordination with HOA policies, installation, and follow up, I was 100% satisfied. The few minor adjustments which needed to be made were completed quickly by professionals. Bruno, Paul, and Cary were very efficient in their skills to correct minor concerns. S&W Kitchens remodeled my kitchen, guest bathroom, master bathroom, and replaced all of the previous twenty-three year old ceramic tile flooring throughout the house. I couldn't be more pleased. Lacie's thorough pre-preparation of the work that had to be done kept scope and expense creep to a minimum. Professionalism and technical ability by the work crews resulted in high quality work being done in all areas. In those few instances where something wasn't right - S&W fixed it without hesitation. We are extremely happy with our bathroom project. We had a complete master bathroom update and facelift. The room was gutted, re-tiled, installed new cabinetry, plumbing was moved for a new tub, new lighting and chandeliers were installed, and we installed new vanities and sinks. From start to finish, S&W exceeded our expectations. This is a buttoned up company. Everything is laid out upfront. The whole process was explained thoroughly and we were kept “in the know” at all times.There were no surprises. The workers were friendly and always on time. They cleaned up after each phase of the project. We especially enjoy getting to know Jeff, Gina, and Mike. This group is extremely professional and we feel it was well worth the money to have the kind of professional approach they offer.

S&W completed a major house renovation for us that included new flooring, painting, popcorn ceiling removal, kitchen cabinets, countertops & back splash, new bathroom vanities & fixtures, new kitchen sink & fixtures, new circuit breaker box. S&W substantially completed the project as estimated. Shirley the designer & Mike the project supervisor were very professional and easy to work with. S&W has a very nice showroom with all the needed samples to choose from. We saw our new design on their computer. They got the permits, project documents, schematics in a timely manner. Mike gave us weekly schedule updates. Changes were easily corrected & updated. All the subcontractors were excellent. The final inspection went smoothly. We would highly recommend S&W Kitchens for your project.

We worked with S&W kitchens to remodel our kitchen. Luckily it was taking them WAY longer than they said it should because then the hurricane hit. We then contracted with them to fix the flood damage. The project went so badly that we told them not to do the bathroom. We just wanted them out of our house. They take on WAY too many projects and then don't have the subs to do the work. I thought it was because of the flood but the subs we spoke to said they ALWAYS do that. We live on the beach but most of the subs live on the east side of Tampa. Therefore they told us they couldn't be here before 10am. Then they left at 3. I suppose they didn't want to hit rush hour. The subs took no pride in their work. I'm sure if they were doing the same thing to their house it would be done right. The designer that we worked with "Joanne" said she had been designing kitchens for years but she actually had no idea how to do it. The appliance and cabinet doors slam into each other and can't be open at the same time. We had asked to have certain things done and when it was installed we asked why it wasn't to our specifications she said well that is standard. She lengthened the island 18" on her own then when it was being installed she said yes she changed it but it was on the plans. Is the homeowner supposed to go around reading updated plans? When we complained to her after installation of all these things she never even said "I'm sorry." The floors in the kitchen were not leveled before putting the lament down so there are soft spots. I'm told that will shorten the life of the flooring. Because of all of this, instead of being happy and excited with the kitchen and the rest of the house the joy was taken out of it because of all the problems. All in all a very horrible anxiety ridden project with little or no customer service.

Exceptional Design & Service — Even the Second Time Around We had the pleasure of working with Larissa Hicks at S&W Kitchens in 2020 to completely renovate our kitchen and bathrooms. Larissa brought fresh, thoughtful design ideas that elevated the entire home. The end result was not only beautiful, but also highly functional—exactly what we were hoping for. Fast forward to a heartbreaking moment: our home flooded during Hurricane Helene and had to be completely gutted. Larissa and her team didn’t hesitate. They quickly accessed all the original design specs and measurements, which streamlined the entire rebuild process. We also took the opportunity to make some tweaks, and Larissa guided us through those adjustments with her signature creativity and professionalism. Our plan was to sell after the renovation, but once we saw the finished product, we couldn’t walk away. The space feels even better the second time around. If you’re looking for a designer who listens, brings inspired ideas to the table, and follows through with impeccable execution—Larissa is the one.

My experience with S&W has been a firmly positive and educational experience in a company that executes on the reality of modern construction and works through problems efficiently. In my opinion, this is about the most important thing one can look for in a remodel. Lots of companies have impressive portfolios and dazzling image galleries, but in my experience that doesn't tell you much about the culture of the company itself. The TL:DR is S&W do things right and they make things right. Issues always come up in project,s but what is rare is to see a team come together to resolve things quickly and intelligently. Victoria and Mike were both always available through the project and prompt in scheduling and coordination. Victoria was excellent at taking notes on our desired outcome and giving us plenty of options and willing to work details throughout the process. Mike did a very good job of managing the trades and controlling the project to make sure it kept progressing. What was very important to me personally was the open dialogues and dedication to maintaining communication throughout. I never felt like I was out of the loop in any way. I also felt that they were always my advocates, both with the trades we utilized as well as inside their own company. I have other projects in the future that I will absolutely be reaching out to S&W to take on.

Annie was a complete professional and helped us work with our insurance company! I will be going back when it's time for my custom coffee bar installation!

Working with designer Lee Reeve was a pleasure. He gently guided me without being too forceful. He allowed my wishes to come first with just the right amount of guidance. He has a great sense of humor and an enjoyable personality. The cream on top was project overseer, Carlos. As with any construction project, there are a few hiccups. Carlos was a dream to work with. He made sure every cliche was resolved quickly and efficiently. I couldn't ask for a better partner. He has a great personality and warm demeanor. I came to think of him as a friend by the end of the project.

A Dream Design Experience w/ Lacie Rice! Working with Lacie Rice and S & W Kitchens was one of the best decisions I've made for my home. She completely transformed my bathroom and living/dining area. Lacie took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, then elevated it in a way I never could have imagined. The bathroom she designed feels like a spa! We recently had a major kitchen and bathroom remodel on the first floor of our 175 year old house in St. Denis, Md. S&W did the design, and we couldn’t be more happy with the results. The job came with the unique challenges that an old house often comes with: uneven floors, walls no longer flat, and I don’t think there’s a square corner in the entire house. Nonetheless, S&W made it work to perfection. They were always there to listen to our input and concerns. My old kitchen had me trapped by a huge long bar that squeezed the eating area of the kitchen. Mayerlin designed a beautiful and very functional kitchen with an open floor plan and an island that allowed me to easily move about and out of the food prep area to mix with friends and family when entertaining casually. On the strength of a successful Master Bathroom renovation 10 years ago, in our last home, I decided to approach Larissa Hicks at S&W Kitchens to help with the design of the Master Bathroom in our current home. I gave Larissa an idea of specific wants such as large format tile and minimal grout lines. I needed guidance with elements such as shower systems and tile format and found this is where using an experienced designer pays dividends. Larissa presented me with a beautiful bathroom design which combined both the form & function I sought. She introduced me to tile and bathroom hardware options I would not have found on my own. She also facilitated a Kitchen Island refresh to make it more functional. Fast forward to the project Installation. Mike Fray was our project manager and he coordinated the project in a professional and timely manner. He did a great job of liaising with the various trades and premempting any potential issues. Mike and Larissa worked well together and their communication with me and each other was exemplary. Larissa also met with the trades to make sure certain design choices were adhered to. Grout lines for instance were well thought out in advance. Who knew this would make such a difference! Of course with any renovation there are frustrations such as unexpected issues and delays and our renovation was no different but both Mike & Larissa worked hard to offer alternative solutions if necessary and get the project back on track. Ultimately I had confidence in them throughout. Fast forward to today and we have a lovely Master Bathroom beyond anything I could have envisaged. Yes - the project was slightly more expensive than perhaps your average bathroom contractor but I feel it was worth every penny. S & W updated my kitchen. Aaron Williamson was the designer. His expertise in drafting an outline of my kitchen/laundry room and the specific work to be done was outstanding. He was always available to make sure the workers followed the plan as outlined. Aaron had good suggestions to help me decide on some options. The materials used were top of the line. It took a little time to complete but the end result is amazing. I definitely recommend S & W and especially Aaron Williamson.

I had an excellent experience with my kitchen remodel through S&W Palm Harbor. I had a general color scheme with some style references to start from and Gina did a great job as designer making it fit to the space and sourcing product to match as we narrowed down the choices to the final design. Daniel the contractor kept me informed on the work scheduling and handled bumps along the way like switching the round pop-up outlets to square ones when the demolition revealed unexpected clearance issues. The biggest modifications to the existing layout were adding a vent hood over the cooktop, changing a built-in desk into an additional pantry cabinet, and lowering the tall bar-top counter to counter height. They were very accommodating to reusing my existing appliances and saving some of the fixtures that I wanted for my laundry room. My kitchen looks awesome and the gain in functionality is a massive improvement from my original layout.

We used SW Kitchens for a large project renovating all living spaces (kitchen, pantry, mudroom, laundry, family room, living room, office) of our home in spring of 2024. I’ve had a few of my homes remodeled by S&W throughout the years, and have always been pleased with my results. I am currently in the process of having them design my current kitchen and I can’t wait to see what they have planned for this home!

Our house is 100 years old this year. To call this project a ‘kitchen renovation’ is an understatement. We believe the kitchen area was last updated in the 60’s, and our project actually involved 5 rooms (kitchen, laundry room, pantry, bathroom, and butler’s pantry). 126 calendar days, 71 actual on-site work days. 11 different contracting entities, 39 total people. Yes, there were unexpected twists, but we’ve worked with Justin on previous renovations, so we were confident in his insight and abilities. S&W provided reliability, responsiveness, and quality. With such a complex project, it was a relief to know what to expect on a daily basis. From the initial design phase through the hiccups and adjustments, there was constant communication in both directions. I highly recommend S&W for their attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

After an exhaustive search, we selected S&W to remodel our kitchen. Lee and Stephen and the whole crew were great to work with. They were professional, efficient, clean, and prompt. We are on our third home remodeling project with S&W Kitchens because they are the best! We met Lindsey when we walked into the showroom on a whim in 2022 and she has been the most amazing designer to work with. She has designed all of our spaces to our needs, suggesting just what we needed each time when we didn't know what we wanted. Throughout the entire process--from measuring and designing to completion, S&W has been thorough, knowledgeable and personable. Our project superintendent, Stefan, has been meticulous in planning, scheduling and making sure our project is done correctly and to the highest standard. The S&W staff who have worked in our home, Tyler, Paul and others are courteous, clean, prompt and respectful of our spaces. Everyone we have worked with at S&W never minds answering questions and they all continually go above and beyond. Our projects have all been completed on time and within budget and both Lindsey and Stefan have been great at communicating along the way on each project, making sure we are satisfied with the work completed.

We came in to the winter park location looking to replace our kitchen hardware and Ryan at the front was very helpful in listening to our problem and suggested options. We might be putting the project on hold but will come back for a future project

4 Years later, we are finally done with our “12 to 14 week project” that started with S&W Kitchens. This is after they abandoned our project, we had to get an attorney involved, and hire a different contractor to complete the project. Before the design was finalized, we reduced the scope of the project to pull out some major items. S&W revised their price for the project based on the changes we made. Despite the scope being significantly reduced, they came back with a price well above the initial numbers that had a greater scope. The information communicated from the office to their field was mostly inaccurate and caused issues. Due to the lack of organization, poor communication, inaccurate documents, we lost count of how many times things needed to be reworked. You would think a company being in business for 40+ years and having multiple locations throughout central Florida; organization, management, and communication would be their strong suit. We had 3 different superintendents over the life of the project. We had to constantly keep stepping in to get things corrected multiple times and keep things moving along. It would still be going on had we not done that. We needed to get the head of the field out of Orlando involved. Our thoughts were this would get things back on track. Reflecting on everything now, it accomplished nothing, dug the hole deeper, and wasted more time. We tried to get both owners, out of Palm Harbor and Orlando, involved to address the issues. That also yielded no positive results. The root of all the issues that were experienced trace straight back to ownership. This was a top-down issue where their decisions to have the personal in the roles they were in did not allow for things to work. When the owner describes in their online professional profile, playing multiple rounds of golf each week and walking their dog everywhere, you start to question if their priorities are focused on their business. Having company “retreats” in Utah where no one could be reached for a week when issues were occurring on the project was another upper-level decision we were surprised to see. Everyone we worked with appeared to have good intentions. They were just tasked with responsibilities that were outside of their own skill sets or limited by what management/ownership would allow them to do. As an example, having the designer get involved with coordinating, scheduling, or ordering of materials did not yield a good result. Stick to design, where their strengths are and nothing more would have helped. We wish we had known what we were in for prior. Had someone shared this type of experience, we would have sought out a different company. Our project was wrapped up in July 2024 by a different contractor who did an awesome job. This was 4 years after we started vs. the 12-14 weeks in the contract. If you are considering having S&W Kitchens do your project, hopefully, our experience shares more insight into what can occur.

My wife and I purchased a 1987 home with a horrible floor plan and a kitchen that would require a complete tear-out. The kitchen walls were angled with jogs, drop ceiling and loose floor tiles. We knew that walls had to be removed making the lanai part of the main living area. After much research, we contacted S&W Kitchens of Tampa and met with Lacie Rice. Lacie was a delight to work with. She was knowledgeable about the process and very attentive to our needs. Her ideas and design expertise created an awesome floor plan and a fabulous kitchen. Joe was a perfectionist with the installation of our beautiful kitchen cabinets topped with crown moldings. A large island was created with a space for a beverage fridge that my wife and Lacie talked me into, and they were right :). Daniel Neris of S&W Kitchens oversaw the contractors during construction and both Lacie and Daniel went above and beyond to ensure the workmanship met the high quality standards promised by S&W Kitchens. The design of our new kitchen is awesome. Sarah Bartleson, our designer went above and beyond in creating an excellent design and ensuring it resulted in a completed project. She made a computer-generated version of the kitchen, and when complete the actual kitchen is almost indistinguishable from her design. She ensured that the countertops and backsplash were chosen to match a concept we had and was of great help in the selection of every aspect, including many trips to the house in all parts of the project to make sure everything works. We had to replace the kitchen due to mold and now it is like a showroom! We had talked with multiple vendors to try to get the job done, and finally settled on S&W, primarily due to Sarah's great help, competence, and friendliness, and their ability to do the whole job from design to installation. The design process was great - Larissa is very talented I was so impressed with her design, as we had to completely rework my existing kitchen layout. She was very patient as we worked through budget and nailing down details. Once the reno started, I got to work with superintendents Davin and Tim, who were a pleasure as well. Always checking on things and keeping me updated. We’re really happy with our new kitchen. Even after completion, Larissa promptly assists us with warranty calls, etc. to ensure we are happy and taken care of. She really does it all. She even applied the limestone paint on my hood! Everyone has heard about "bucket" lists! One of my items in mine said, complete a Kitchen remodel before I retired. Well, it happened two years away from my retirement and very happy with the results. The time spent at the design stage with Kiersten Petty for the much-needed Q & A during the process of developing a design with our hopes and keeping practicality at bay, was well worth it. Kiersten listened patiently to our likes and wishes and incorporated them into the much-needed kitchen remodel, putting the design on paper / computer and ultimately into a contract. Sure, there were a few hick-ups during the build. She showed she cared about delivering our hopes and dreams by coming to the house with her thinking cap on her head any time she was needed. She would handle all field issues with professionalism and took into consideration our concerns and the finish product we were looking for in our new kitchen. She would always have an idea along with an altenative(s) that would also work. So, you were never pressured with a decision that you may not like at a later date. She always wanted you to be a part of the decision making. I would like to add a thank you to one of their finish carpenters, Tony. I have never seen anyone so detailed oriented other than my deceased father. The family room is adjacent to the kitchen area and what a remodeled pair they make. Very happy with Laura Scott and her team at S&W Kitchen. Laura walked us through the whole process, and really made the renovation project easy. Once the permits and materials were in place the whole job took about a month to complete. The actual construction was painless, the workers were very respectful and minimized the noise which is great since I work from home. The results speak for themselves, the new kitchen really brightens up the house and the colors make the space feel larger. It really does feel like something you would see in Home and Gardens. Highly recommend S&W Kitchen for a remodel job, and I will be using them again in the future to do our bathrooms.

We embarked on a total kitchen remodel with a very specific design and budget for the small space we had to work with. During the design process, Lacie aided our vision with introducing a variety of ideas and options until we were confident that the final design met our expectations. During construction, Mike was there through every step of the remodel, starting with a detailed timeline and plan, so we knew we were all on the same page before the demo began. Any bumps in the road during the construction, Mike was there to handle and address. S&W was quick to correct any issues and stayed on track. Specifically, the craftsmanship and attention to detail that Joe displayed installing our new cabinets was at the highest level of craftsmanship. As a team, they met the completion date in time for us to host our extended family for Thanksgiving dinner! An amazing experience overall, and would not work with anyone else!

After much thought, I made the decision to have a new kitchen installed. Doing van my research, I came across an S & W Kitchen ad in Tampa Bay Magazine. I called, spoke with JoAnne Larson, Project Designer, and it was smooth sailing from there! JoAnne is quite the professional and she knows her stuff! Anytime I had a question or concern she was there! My calls and texts were immediately answered. I have to say I was dreading the whole process, but JoAnne made everything work and the whole job from beginning to end ran smoothly! Cannot say enough on a job well done. Tri is a magnificent cabinet installer. Very neat and clean. Also, Dominic, did a fantastic job. P.S. My new kitchen is beautiful!!

Very pleased with the results of our project! Karen found just the right tub for our bathroom and the right sink for our kitchen. She listened and made sure my husband and I were happy with the design. Kevin, the superintendent, is very customer focused and we found him to be very responsive to our needs, which is indeed unusual in the construction industry! The sub-contractors, managed by Kevin, were very professional and customer focused. For example, Brian, the person who completed the Demo, was outstanding! He was very professional and cleaned up all debris. Tyler, who did the "punch list" and other items, was also excellent at his job! Overall, all the sub-contractors were customer focused and did a very nice job. The tile work we had done and the new tub area is beautiful and we are very happy! The one thing I would mention is the setting of expectations. This job took longer than expected and if there was more communication in the beginning about the start date, I would have felt better. However, once they got started, Kevin did a great job with his communication and the pace for the project was very good and as expected.

I love my new kitchen! Lacie and Tim were wonderful! They kept me updated throughout the entire job! They were there through the entire project to address any concerns and answer all my questions. I really appreciated their knowledge and genuine concern for my project! I would go with S & W Kitchens for any future projects.

S & W employs in-house contractors so permits came quickly as every single piece of the project was referenced in our personal manual. Kirsten helped us plan and design our DREAM kitchen! From the very beginning she listened to our priorities, cut things that weren’t necessary to allow us to splurge on our wish list details. Anyone who has been through any remodel will know there will be hiccups- well Kirsten was immediately on top of any and always came with a solution. She never made us feel uncomfortable if we wanted to make a change or ask a ton of questions. She really made her part of the job a pleasure. Mike was the construction supervisor on our job and did a fantastic job communicating with us through the whole process. He had a handful to deal with because we live in a very strict building full of rules and regulations but he took it all in stride and never passed that stress on to us. They stood by their products and their work and replaced anything that was even borderline problematic. Couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen!

We are glad the we used S and W to do our kitchen and flooring remodel! We reached out to them after a friend had used them for two separate remodels. They had worked with Laura Scott for both projects, and we were fortunate to find Laura actually at the Wickham Road showroom when we dropped by. For this project we provided a general wish list of changes, and provided some photos of our existing space. Before charging us anything, Laura and the construction estimator Robert Husband came out to photograph and measure our space. From that information, she developed a preliminary design for us. She cheerfully made changes that we requested, and met with us several times to assist in picking out cabinet styles and colors, flooring, hardware, countertops, backsplashes, etc. When we asked for suggestions, we got them, and when we stated our selections, they were welcomed. Once the construction started, we only had the dumpster in our driveway for a few days. This was a significant redo, with everything in the kitchen, and the tile flooring, being replaced. S and W uses a lot of subcontractors, including some from the Orlando area, and the project was run by a single construction manager, Stephan Preisendanz. All of the subcontractors and S and W employees did good work, and were respectful while working in our home. There were few issues that came up during the construction, but all were resolved quickly and amiably. Be advised that a project like this takes a significant amount of time. The design phase took about 4 months, and it was just under 5 months from signed contract to project start. The kitchen was functional at the 3 ½ month mark, and punch list items completed at just over 4 months after start.

We worked with S&W to do a complete renovation of our kitchen, wet bar and to also renovate adjacent areas. We are particularly thrilled with the final kitchen and bar, and absolutely love showing them off to our friends, family and neighbors. Working with our designer, Lacie Rice, was simply the best. She was attentive to details, knowledgeable and a real pleasure to work with, willing to take the time to put up with our desire to be involved in all the fine details. As for the subcontractors, Joe, the cabinet contractor, was a true and dedicated craftsman, and Alex, the flooring guy, Elvis, the backsplash tile guy, and Granite Plus, the countertop fabricators and installers were all particularly diligent, on task and qualified, providing great services. The project did take longer than we had hoped, but in the end, we realized that getting it right was more important than getting it done quickly. Those embarking on this type of project should be prepared for a longer time frame than you might tend to expect, but it's the overall industry, not this wonderful vendor. S&W, thanks for giving us an end product that give us a smile every day!

I am thrilled with the end result on my completely renovated kitchen and bath. It’s beautiful and exactly what I had hoped for, and dreamed of. I am glad I hired S & W Kitchens and have no regrets. The project took a longer time it would have taken pre-pandemic. There were various challenges due to some supply and mostly societal issues beyond our control. I was patient and polite. Ultimately it turned out to be exactly what I wanted. I am delighted. I give tremendous credit to my job superintendent, Adam Rivera. Adam is trustworthy, dependable, skilled, and a pleasure to work with. Project Manager Justin Crump was invaluable in getting several issues resolved. Justin gets results, in the best possible way. He’s smart and articulate, too. These men both follow through and keep their word. It’s rare to find such individuals in our world. It’s likely more rare to find them when engaging in a home renovation. I used S & W so I could continue to work. They do background checks on their subcontractors. With my job I couldn’t be supervising the contractor and subs from home on a daily basis. There were a few days when big things were happening that I opted to be on site to observe and understand. I am truly thankful for the job well done and the effort put forth on my behalf. Every time I walk in to the newly renovated rooms I am joyful.

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Lee Reeves at S&W Kitchen for our built in book cases and file drawers/cabinet. He was very meticulous through out the whole process from contract signing to when we had installation. Matt did out installation and he did a beautiful job. I highly recommend them for both quality and service.

We worked with S&W to renovate a kitchen, powder bathroom, hall bathroom and completely create a bathroom. It was a huge, huge process. We have a 1930s colonial and we were looking for someone that could create rooms that would fit in the vibe of this home, but be very functional and durable for our young family. We followed Larissa, our designer, on Instagram and contacted her - she met with us quickly and was bubbling over with ideas for our project. Larissa is talented, organized, incredibly responsive and detail-oriented. She has a knack for creating spaces that are gorgeous and functional. She understands how a family actually lives in a home and helped guide my husband and I in selecting layouts, fixtures, and products that would support our needs. Larissas team is also fantastic - they’re equally dedicated to producing quality work, even on hard jobs. Related to the construction side of S&W… this is always going to be a little tricker b/c to my knowledge NO ONE loves living in construction, which is exactly what we did (with a toddler). However, hindsight being 20/20, I will say that the teams selected by S&W did quality work. Certainly there were times that I felt that we needed more communication, more results. But, overall, our end product is superb. Additionally, there was always a person to escalate a problem to and the problem was always handled. Anything that we found to be less than, they’d work to get fixed. Even after our project wrapped, Mike (our PM by the end) dispatched relevant teams to correct any small issues that cropped up. In addition to the gorgeous end product in our kitchen and 3 bathrooms, I'd say a huge benefit is that S&W will stick to their word, they will show up, they will answer their phones (even after the project is wrapped). Which I think is pretty unique and shows a level of quality that I would recommend.

At the start of 2021 it was inevitable that our kitchen needed to be completely renovated as well as redesigned. After researching several different companies, we decided to work with S&W Kitchens. They had excellent reviews and have been established here for quite some time. As with any major project we expected our share of glitches here and there, especially with problems due to prolonged deliveries and workers becoming ill due to COVID. Working with Rosemarie Szedula, our designer, made this project seem effortless and smooth. She was reliable, honest, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went as expected and made sure that we had exactly what we wanted and needed. Anytime I reached out to her she responded quickly and took care of the issue. The kitchen turned out better than I expected, and the added storage space and peninsular are wonderful. The kitchen was completed on-time and the quality of the workmanship as well as the actual cabinetry, granite and tile was excellent. We are both very happy with our choice. My husband and I wanted/needed to remodel our kitchen for years; however, we were not entirely sure of a design that would work for the space we had. It was going to be a full kitchen remodel, so we wanted to to make sure that is was just what we wanted. I found S&W on Angie’s List when we finally decided to go for it. I was given Amy Downs as our designer, and she did not disappoint! She came to the house and within the hour she had it all planned out exactly as we needed. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. I really appreciated her honesty in the details within the kitchen plans. If she felt something would not be the best for the kitchen flow or aesthetics of it, she would voice her opinion, as that is what a designer is to do. However, she would also support me 100% even if I didn’t follow that opinion. It took longer than we thought, as that is usually how construction goes. We went through a few project managers, which slowed it down for awhile. This was no fault of Amy’s. She was our warrior in getting things back on track as quickly as possible and found us the most AMAZING project manager, Rob Sowden to finish the job. I cannot adequately portray how incredibly smart, kind, and efficient Rob is. He was knowledgeable within every detail and process of construction. He kept things simple for us to understand, and he kept things on track in finishing it as quickly as possible. He went way out of his way numerous times to make us feel comfortable during the construction process. As we know, remodels can be extremely stressful for a family, but he made himself so available that he started feeling like part of the family. He will be a forever friend. I will forever be grateful for the team of Amy Downs and Rob Sowden. Our kitchen is STUNNING and just what we dreamed it would be!

We had a great experience redoing our kitchen with S&W Kitchens Tampa. Their construction planner, Kirk, was amazing at imagining options for our ideas and providing creative solutions. We came out with a gorgeous kitchen that we could not be happier with. We cobbled together items we chose ourselves such as countertops, lights and an amazing range hood with their planned cabinet layout. Daniel Neris, our superintendent leading the construction team, was particularly wonderful. He is extremely professional, responsive and knowledgeable.

We had a total kitchen renovation and worked closely with Gina Cerimele and Mike Frary - both of whom are consummate professionals. Gina listened to initial ideas and produced a beautiful and function design within our budget, which was important. Choosing finishes can seem overwhelming but Gina made it really easy. Mike provided clear expectations regarding timeline, a thorough overview of which trades to expect when, and they both made regular check-ins on site to review the work and touched base with us. The final budget was as expected and all information related to design/construction was provided to us in a binder, which really helped. I look forward to working with them again on a bathroom remodel soon.

I just completed my second remodel with S&W Kitchens. The first was a master bath remodel and this recent update was a full remodel of the kitchen and replacement of my home flooring. We began working with S & W Kitchen's in April, 2022 planning our kitchen renovation. We are currently starting the 2cd week of this renovation. To date, all of the staff we have worked with have been professional, responsive and very skilled at their respective jobs. Gina Cerimele, an S & W designer, has been with us from the beginning. She has an amazing attention to detail, amazing design skills, encorperated all of our wishes into the design plans, meticulously organized, stayed on top of and communicated regularly about the process. Once all the products were purchased and received the renovation of our new kitchen was scheduled to begin. 2 weeks prior to our start date Gina brought our Project Superintendent, Daniel Neris to our home to view the space and review the steps of the renovation plans. Both Gina and Daniel, were very thorough and detailed about the coming process and set up a group text to keep us all informed and on the same page. Our kitchen renovation began 12/5/22. I can't say enough about Gina and Daniel's leadership and strong project management skills. They have been either at the job site or in communication via phone or text daily. The crew that Daniel assigned to our project, as well as all the trades, have exceeded our expectations. Jamie and his team are highly skilled, extremely hard-working, on- time, very personable and extremely neat and respectful of our home. To date, the process could not have gone better and we are excited to continue to work with these amazing professionals . I will update this review as the project continues. Thank you S &W kitchens!

S&W Kitchens designed and rebuilt our main bathroom. The design process was done perfectly. Very transparent on the availability of product and costs. The crews onsite worked very professionally. We hardly knew they were there. We are quite pleased with the end results.

To start, our renovation outcome was excellent. Since our project was completed we often sit in our living room in amazement and warm satisfaction. Our intent was to renovate our outdated galley kitchen, living room, fireplace, and house flooring. This renovation was initiated with an understanding that we needed a firm that could provide turnkey support from project design, material selection to construction. We recently remodeled our primary bathroom using S & W Kitchens. We worked with Lindsey Schwartz who made this process so easy and stress free for us. We are building a home and after the ball was dropped on ordering our master bath tile, S&W kitchens was recommended and we stopped in and worked with Roisin Wong. Not only did she get things back on track, but was so pleasant and explained a lot of the process as well as giving great design advice. We now have a plan thanks to her! We recently had our main bathroom, closet and bedroom renovated by S&W. Mayerlin was our designer and Adam was our project manager. It was a big job with lots of challenges along the way, but we are very pleased with the end result.

We worked with Laura Scott to transform our kitchen and replace the flooring in the living area of our home. We began talking with Laura in the summer of 2021; construction started in February 2022 and finished in May. S & W starts a project once all the materials are in their possession. A late addition that we requested delayed the project finish a little bit but was worth the wait. While the demolition of the old tile floors was rough, we love our new wood-look tile floors. The team who installed the new floors did an excellent job. Laura's design of the kitchen is superb; she took into consideration all of our wants in the limited space we have. She managed to add several new cabinets to our kitchen by replacing an odd-shaped island with a rectanglar island that allows cabinets on both sides and includes a beverage refrigerator. Adding drawers to several cabinets increased the storage space and made accessibility much easier. She added a tall cabinet in a previously unused space: the top part has glass doors that are perfect for wine glasses and the bottom part is used for storing cookbooks and bulky baking items. The backsplash is the same quartz as the countertops; the look is timeless. The finishes on the cabinets and the under cabinet lighting are designer touches that add to the classic look of our kitchen. Charlie Schwartz was amazingly patient while we found the perfect paint color for the walls throughout the main living area. All of the professionals we worked with were diligent about doing their best work. Kevin Lynch supervised the project, keeping a tight schedule to completion. Thank you S & W for our lovely new kitchen!

S&W did a fantastic job for us on converting our closet pantry into a wine bar/ coffee bar and added pantry cabinet. Turned out beautiful and practical, we love it. From Day1 ,our designer Amy and project manager Adam were very professional, always responsive to our questions. Each phase was planned well and completed on time. We are happy with the new look and value added to our kitchen. We highly recommend S&W for any remodeling job.

When we began entertaining the idea of renovating the master bathroom in our home, I knew up front that the best ideas and the best refinement of existing ideas always comes from the experts. During our first interaction at S&W Kitchens, Larissa seemed to understand my philosophy immediately and started pondering my ideas, my wife’s ideas, and her own insights in a pseudo “brain-storming” session. However, rather than attempting to dominate the conversation, Larissa facilitated the discussion in a way that led to better ideas and an ultimate design with which we were all very happy. I’d go so far as to say that Larissa looks at this initial session as an investment that contributes immeasurably to the final product. I told my wife in the car after that first session, that Larissa struck me as a person who was not afraid to think and was probably not afraid of hard work either. My premonition was completely accurate. Throughout the renovation, Larissa and Mike, rigorously adhered to their customer-first philosophy. I never once felt like we were in a lurch or bordering on some grave misunderstanding that would contaminate the success of the project. Both Larissa and Mike made it a habit to get back to me within 24 hours of a question and, in most instances, on the same day. Quite frankly, we could not have been happier with the renovation process and the end product. Our bathroom is so much more attractive and functional as a result of Larissa’s insights and recommendations and Mike’s constant oversight throughout the construction process. I would, without hesitation, recommend S&W Kitchens for any renovation project that is complicated and rather ambiguous initially. Larissa and Mike thrive in these situations and they will not disappoint. Instead of contractors known only through the planning and execution of a project, I truly feel like we now have two friends who just happen to be in the business.

Victoria and Mike kept us up to date all on the details progress of the kitchen remodel and living room update. Victoria's vision fit the house and what we were looking for in a new kitchen. She was always quick to answer any question we had. They worked around us being in the house. The electricians worked past midnight on one occasion trying to solve a problem that turned out to be a power company issue. Very happy with the outcome of the remodel and have gotten many compliments on the change.

S&W Kitchens replaced two and a half baths and a kitchen for us during the most demanding time in the construction industry. They did a fantastic job in trying times, professionally and on time. I would highly recommend S&W, as well as the designer, Gina Cerimele and the construction supervisor, Steve Cota. Both are quality individuals who were organized, and responsive. They fulfilled all that they promised.

From start to finish, S&W did a fantastic job on our kitchen, bedroom and bathroom remodel! From Traci, the designer, to Kevin, the Project Manager, they were always on top of things and extremely responsive and communicative. Would definitely use S&W again for any future remodeling!

We chose S&W Kitchens to renovate our guest bathroom. This extremely small bath had all original fixtures dating back 34 years. We began the process in October 2021 by visiting the Longwood design center. Later we called to schedule an estimate and they paired us with Sarah. From start to finish on this project Sarah has been amazing. Since this was our first remodel she walked us through the entire process never hesitating to answer all our questions. She never tried to persuade us in any one direction on colors, tile or fixture selection. Being new to this process we would ask for her design opinions and she was always honest and upfront about each item. Sarah corresponded with us on multiple occasions throughout the life of this renovation to ensure all was going as planned and to inquire about any of our questions, comments or concerns. Throughout the life of this renovation there were a number of contractors who came to work on this project: plumbers, concrete cutters, a framer, tile installers, painters, drywall installers, electrician, threshold installers and delivery personnel. All of these contractors were highly skilled in their field. All the contractors on our project were very respectful to us and even cleaned the work area before leaving each day. Our renovation took three months from the start of construction. In all, a total of 35 days from the first home visit to the last walk-thru. We are so extremely pleased with all the quality work which has been done throughout the course of the project. We have a beautiful guest bathroom to enjoy for years to come. Sarah was our rockstar! She is so kind, patient and puts the client first. She is easy to talk to and discuss ideas and appears to really enjoy her work. We will definitely request Sarah for our next renovation.

We recently finished our master bathroom remodel with Sarah Kraus, and now we're starting on the guest bathroom. Sarah was fabulous! In addition to her detailed design work, Sarah was patient, kind and responsive to emails and phone calls. Best of all, she was an advocate for us when we had workmanship questions or concerns. That's the primary reason we chose to work with her again.

We just had our first experience with remodeling our kitchen and S&W Palm Harbor did not disappoint! Shirley Aguilu, project designer, and Steve Cota, superintendent, are outstanding...their knowledge, guidance and patience throughout the project made the experience very pleasant. We had many questions since this was our first remodel and they were friendly, trustworthy and responsive. Everyone including the contractors and installers had an impressive attention to detail and their workmanship was top notch! We are so thrilled with the end result and highly recommend them!!

We hired them Feb 2021 to remodel two bathrooms and outdoor grill. Absolute disaster! Attached is what our master bathroon looks like now April 2022. We have finally come to the point where we had to make a claim against our insurance. Beware of this company. Our designer was Sarah Kraus. Never saw her after the demo. The first GM for the job Brian Pop, he walked out right after everything was demo'd. The second GM Pete Coffman was just as bad. Actually caught them trying to cover up water damaged wood caused by them using cheap materials. They hung up towel racks with just screws, not anchors. Towel rack fell down during first use! Seriously BEWARE! We have water damage and a bathroom still torn up after more than a year.

I recently finished 2 bathrooms with S&W in Palm Harbor, Florida. Kirsten Phillips was our designer and Mike Frary was the project manager/GC. They were fantastic. S&W has an app that allows you to know exactly what is scheduled each day, what is planned and easily connect with the team. All of the subcontractors were pleasant, respectful and helpful. I am sure it wasn’t easy, one bathroom is on 2nd story, one on 3rd story. I had a vision of what I wanted, shared that and pictures with Kirsten and she helped me through all of the processes. I picked out things that I knew I wanted and she helped guide me in areas I was unsure. We built the house 20 years ago and kept putting off doing the bathrooms. Now I am so happy, I should have done it sooner. I highly recommend S&W, they were fantastic to work with. And huge thanks to Shirley A who helped set me up with Kirsten to keep personal friendship and business separate.

S&W Kitchens did a great job with our kitchen renovation. We have a small kitchen that was not in the best shape and we were really looking for design solutions to create more useable space without changing the footprint of the kitchen. Sarah was our designer and really listened to what we wanted and did a excellent job designing our new kitchen. She also provided us with many options within our budget so we could get something that fit our aesthetic without breaking the bank. The only issue with the whole process was with our backsplash tile, but Sarah and our site supervisor Adam, listened to our concerns and worked to address the problem so that we were happy with the results.

My wife and I were very pleased with the professional experience we had with S & W Kitchens Palm Harbor. The designer, Shirley Aguilu, provided excellent ideas, listening to our ideas, and producing a kitchen renovation plan that encompassed all of our requests. The team, including Shirley, Steve, Tony and Amber, were on top of all aspects of the complete kitchen renovation. This included frequent contact to ensure the job was being completed, and ensuring all segments (installing floor tile, cabinets, laundry room, countertops, backsplash, plumbing and electrical work) were correctly completed. All we can say is WOW! S&W Kitchen did a fantastic job renovating our kitchen. The difference between our old kitchen and new is like night and day. Our kitchen was old, falling apart, cabinet doors not closing, bowing shelves and poor lighting. Lindsey Schwartz, our Project designer, was great to work with. She guided us through choosing cabinets, flooring, backsplashes and every detail of our kitchen make-over. She pointed out less expensive choices although we did not always listen, and different options. The demolition and installations teams were all very professional and courteous. They always let us know what they were going to be doing and when. We highly recommend S&W Kitchens.

S&W Kitchens does fantastic work—from the design all the way to the punch list. They were perfectionists with our home. Our designer, Laura, listened carefully to our needs and came up with a beautiful design. She gave us just enough choices that we felt like it was our personal design without being overwhelmed by selections. We remodeled our kitchen, master bath and guest bath, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. We feel like we have a custom home. We fell in love with our construction crew—Kevin, Steven, Scott and Brian along with top notch subcontractors. They were meticulous about their work and took care of every tiny detail. Our Kitchen & Fireplace were very out dated! We had heard good things about S & W Kitchens so we went to check them out. Our first impression was great. We met with Designer, Amy Downs and was very impressed with her knowledge & experience. She has amazing design ideas! Signed our contract & we were ready to start. We then met with the contractor, Davin Johnson. He was also very experienced & professional. Renovations can be a bit stressful, but we new we were in good hands! Davin always updated us as to what was happening and when. We got finished before our due date! We can't thank S & W Kitchens enough for our beautiful transformation! Oh yes, and we got our house professionally cleaned too, the team was amazing!! My house was spotless. We would definitely use them again.

Victoria Pratt was an outstanding partner and provided a level of customer service that I truly appreciate. She was friendly, informative, and helpful while we made our choice of wood countertop. I first went online to find an outstanding butcher block or wood countertop product, called the manufacturer of the product and was informed S&W Kitchen was their distributor of that product in the Tampa Bay area, near our home. Once I went in and started engaging with Victoria she struck me as highly professional, informative and knowledgeable about the product and how it would look in our kitchen remodel. Victoria took the time to come out, see the kitchen remodel and helped me select a product. She was also there upon delivery of a 200+ lb wood countertop and helped me quickly find an expert installer for such a beautiful product. I enjoyed working with Victoria and would recommend her services and S&W Kitchen to anyone who asked.

My kitchen remodel is so beautiful! The project manager Brian, communicated effectively so were kept informed of timelines and next steps. Our designer, Marilyn listed to what we wanted and helped us create our dream kitchen! All of the contractors were very professional and treated my home respectively. They even greeted my nosy puppy who had to come say hello to everyone who came to the house. Highly recommend!

From the start of the bathroom remodel to the end, Whitney at S & W Kitchens took a dream of what we wanted our bathroom to be and made it a reality. Our bathroom was original from 1988 and needed to be completely upgraded! At the start we scheduled a visit with Whitney and laid out the parts we needed and wanted to incorporate into our bathroom. Whitney then helped us to pick out a color scheme and quartz countertop, tiles, floor, lights and accessories. After about a week, Whitney drew up a CAD design to show us how the bathroom would look like and showed us. We immediately loved it and signed the paperwork to get it started. Because of the pandemic and wood shortages, it took about a month to get all the supplies together for the bathroom (Still good if you ask me) and then they delivered them to our garage for safekeeping. Mike, our foreman, met with us to lay out the work schedule for the remodel and set a demo date. Mike was attentive to our work schedule and our concerns of making sure our cat did not get out. Therefore, Mike made sure to let us know when people would be coming so we could put our cat in a room. All of the people who came to work on the bathroom respected our privacy of not going in the doors that was marked that our pet could be in. Over the 6 months of the remodel (This was finished on time), Mike and Whitney were available for any and all questions, concerns and gave updates on everything. Our bathroom exceeded our expectations on how it was going to be. The new shower is roomier and awesome, more cabinet space and the countertops and sinks are spectacular! We both are very impressed with Whitney and Mike at S & W kitchens and without hesitation will use them again in the future!

S&W completely remodeled our kitchen and two baths. Did it all go super smooth? Not really, but what did go consistently right was designer Lacie Rice. She worked with my wife and me from the beginning to the end and helped to resolve issues that arose along the way. We are more than satisfied with the results and cannot speak highly enough about Lacie.

Total bath remodel; pricey and started months later than we'd hoped - partially due to COVID and personnel change, but once started, project manager Davin was on top of all, employees and subs were all professional and we are very pleased with final product.

We enjoyed working with S&W Kitchens! We built a new house and used them for not only the kitchen, but all the bathrooms as well. Everything turned out beautiful. Mollie was great to work with, very helpful & informative! Even though things were delayed due to Covid, we were in the loop throughout the whole process. The installer's attention to detail is 2nd to none. We are beyond happy with the way everything turned out in our home!!

FANTASTIC Experience! We have been working out of our home since March of 2020 so we decided now would finally be the time to upgrade the kitchen to one we had been dreaming of for many years. We did our homework, read reviews and visited the S&W Kitchens Showroom in Melbourne, Florida. We were greeted by Laura Scott who was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and honest, which made it easy to quickly develop a trust relationship with her. Laura ultimately became our Designer and as she gathered our requirements, she listened to all of our wish lists and concerns, and she shared lessons learned to help guide our decision making. She offered excellent suggestions and ultimately created a design that far exceed our expectations and enhanced the layout and function of the original blueprint. She also provided quick and timely communication throughout the entire process. Laura delivered on every promise she made, and she routinely stopped by to check in on the progress and make sure our expectations were being met. We had a pre-construction meeting at our home where we met the various superintendents and project managers that would be overseeing the job. We were provided with documentation that included all of our diagrams and decisions, and a thorough timeline of when we could expect events to occur. They offered expert advice on what to expect and answered all of our questions. They even were considerate of our dogs and ensured us of their safety. Our Project Superintendent, Vinny Mallo, provided excellent communication on scheduled workdays and arrival times. He worked closely with the crews and provided thorough oversight. The crews (demo, plumbing, electrical, cabinet install, backsplash tile, countertops) were extremely professional and provided quality work in a timely manner. From the virtually invisible seams on the beautiful quartz countertops to the expertly laid intricate backsplash tile, we were so impressed with the quality of work. They were always on time and presented virtually no disruptions to us, even in our telework environment. We were also impressed with how clean they kept the environment, hauling away debris at the end of the work days, and keeping all of our areas orderly. Bottom line…we are EXTREMELY happy, highly recommend Laura Scott, and S&W Kitchens and would definitely use their services again.

S&W Kitchens brought me out of the 70s! My remodel was better than I ever expected and the cost less than estimates I had received from other companies. The remodel included removing my walls and ceilings down to the studs. After our first meeting, my designer, Sarah Kraus, knew exactly what I wanted and needed. She went by my color schemes and chose the cabinets, tile, backsplash and lighting perfectly. I love the results! My supervisor, Brian Pope, responded to my calls and any questions I had immediately. I felt he went over and above what was expected of him. Both projects were done on schedule and my home was kept as clean as possible while the work was in process. I now have an open floor plan and a beautiful, efficient kitchen and master bathroom. I would highly recommend S&W Kitchens and especially Sarah and Brian. We wanted to update our kitchen and laundry room. We wanted to replace our builder grade cabinets and granite counter tops with high quality cabinets (with better organization), quartz counter tops and slab backsplash. I spent a lot of time planning my dream kitchen and laundry room. Right down to the last detail. We also needed new sinks, faucets, and pendant lights. One of the biding companies expected us to source these items our selves. What a pain! That was one of the main reasons we chose S & W Kitchens and Bath. The other reason we pick S & W was after meeting our designer, Lacie Rice. She came to our home and took measurements and listened while I laid out my vision. She made the process so easy. I met with her several times in the showroom in Tampa to shop and design. She found everything I wanted. She even matched the outlet covers on the island with the cabinet color. We met with construction manager Steve Cota and Designer Lacie for a final walk through of the plans and discuss the process. Everything was explained thoroughly. The estimate and final contract were meticulously detailed. We could see where every dollar would be spent. Every team (demo, plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint, cabinet install and counter fabricator) worked hard. They were respectful and tidy. Every step of the way Steve and Lacie were accessible. The back and forth communication was excellent. The permits all passed with no issues. They even sent cleaners before my house guests arrived for a holiday weekend. The quality of the Omega cabinets are excellent. The color is perfect. The Cambria Quartz counters and backsplash are beautiful. The kitchen and laundry room are much more functional now, too. Everything looks exactly how I had pictured in my mind. We couldn’t be happier with the results. It looks amazing!!!

We are so pleased with the total kitchen renovation we recently completed with S&W Kitchens in South Tampa. We literally demolished our original kitchen, removing walls, going all the way down to the studs and built a brand new kitchen. Our designer, Larissa Hicks and her design assistant, Gina Cerimele were able to take our basic kitchen ideas and design the perfect kitchen for us. The design process was very collaborative and at the end they were even able to come up with some creative solutions to keep our project within our budget. The construction phase went very smoothly. When we came across a “load bearing beam” in an unexpected place, the team quickly adjusted the design plan with minimal cost incurred. Mike Frary was our construction supervisor and he did a great job keeping us informed and the job on schedule. I highly recommend S&W Kitchens and designer Larissa Hicks for anyone who is doing a kitchen renovation.

We had our master bath remodeled. It took a little longer than expected for the project to be completed. Part of the delay was due to the shortage of building materials, not S&W Kitchen's fault. The Kitchen & Bath Project Designer, Sarah Kraus Bartelson, and Super Intendent, Brian Popp were helpful, efficient, and easy to work with. Our new kitchen is stunning! The whole experience was so well organized from planning, choosing materials, and construction completion. Our designer, Mayerlin, was very helpful and responsive. S&W stayed true to budget and on schedule. All of the contractors who came to work in our home were on time, dependable, professional, and very clean. I will definitely use S&W again. Highly recommend!

In one word, AWESOME! I hired S&W Kitchens to remodel both of my bathrooms and my laundry room in a condo that I had just purchased. I have done some other renovation projects in the past and I was concerned that they wait until all your materials are in stock before they start. But now I totally get that concept! There were delays with a few items and I wasn’t waiting around in a demolished house. Demo started once everything arrived! Savana, Dale, Kevin and the rest of the team did an amazing job. They were kind and courteous to me. And clean, neat and respectful of my home. If a problem came up, they fixed it immediately. They finished a week early and stayed on budget. When I’m ready to do my kitchen, they will be my first phone call. I would highly recommend S&W Kitchens for any remodeling project.

It was amazing to see my design come to reality in this kitchen renovation. The S&W kitchens team was so amazing. My designer Sarah Kraus and my construction Superintendent Brian Popp were so professional and stayed on to of creating the specks /details ,and scheduling all the different contractors and inspections in a smooth manner. They really hire excellent subcontractors that really know their specialties very well. They all cleaned up their area very well after each job, protected the furniture and floors very well, and were careful not to damage their surroundings. They subcontracted Zolt Granite for the quartz and they too did an excellent job. The only 2 drawbacks I had was that I went into contract after Thanksgiving 2020 and the project did not commence until the 6th of January 19, 2021. Luckily the project was completed in 4 weeks. The other concern is that they were a lot more expensive than we thought, but they really provide quality work, so that really counts.

We engaged S&W Kitchens to assist with renovating our kitchen. Our project was relatively small. It involved replacing the existing granite countertop with an quartz countertop as well as making alterations to the configuration of our counter. S&W also performed ancillary work such as replacing our kitchen sink and faucet. They also replaced the countertop and sink in our laundry room and make some modifications to enable our dryer to fit properly. Laura Scott was our designer and she remained involved throughout the project to ensure our satisfaction. We were impressed by Laura's professionalism as well as by the quality of S&W's work. We were provided detailed plans for our project which the various tradesmen followed to a tee. Our project was completed efficiently, on time and with minimal disruption to our home. S&W expended a lot of effort on detailed finishing to make sure that every aspect of the countertop, as well as the existing cabinetry, was perfect. We would highly recommend S&W Kitchens for any home remodeling need.

The full review is too long for houzz's submission field. Here is an abbreviated review. We had several problems with S&W and I could not recommend them as a premium service. They mis-measured our kitchen from the start and didn't catch that error until months into the project. We had to redesign the kitchen on the fly and they don't seem to take responsibility for the fact that we did not receive the kitchen we ordered. They are clearly accepting more work than they can handle, and their workers are exhausted and distracted. This led to several errors. My full review has a page worth of bullet points as the errors were numerous and costly. They damaged expensive materials, and left us to find the problems. There are finish issues that remain to be completed, and I have been waiting nearly a month for any answer to my ongoing issues. This project also took month's longer than the original completion date. Our foreman quit our project any further repairs pretty much finished once they got things nice enough for a pretty picture. Some of their "premium" products are already having issues with coatings coming off, and blemishes from install that were never repaired. They are a mediocre service charging a premium price.

We selected to use S&W Kitchens in Longwood after reading all their reviews and completing a consultation meeting with our designer to complete the total remodel of our kitchen & 3 bathrooms in our home. Considering that we had started this big project in late February/early March 2020 prior to Covid-19, we are very happy with the final results and end product and design. The whole remodel did take longer than expected and there were a few delays & hiccups...but over all we love our new kitchen and bathrooms. Sarah, our personal Designer was an instrumental part in the entire process and a joy to work with. She was professional, open-minded in our vision, creative and understanding to what we wanted in our home regarding design & specific efficient functional needs for our family...also all while keeping our budget in mind without compromising quality and design. Robert our General Contractor was experienced & knowledgeable and also was pleasant to work with and was in communication with us and the entire team. Our entire S&W project team Sarah, Robert, David, Kevin & Craig were professional and great to work with. We are very satisfied with the work performed and look forward to enjoying our home with family & friends.
