We changed the entire master bathroom. There was a wall running straight down the middle between the tub and vanity making two rooms. the shower was in the opposite corner, where the water closet is now and the fixtures and finishes were pink! This new updated room is a knockout. DOuble vanities "his & hers", with a separate water closet, new roman tub and seamless glass shower surround really did this beautiful home justice. I would have liked to make the window larger and centered on the tub but it just wasn't in the budget.

After completing their kitchen several years prior, this client came back to update their bath shared by their twin girls in this 1930's home. The bath boasts a large custom vanity with an antique mirror detail. Handmade blue glass tile is a contrast to the light coral wall. A small area in front of the toilet features a vanity and storage area with plenty of space to accommodate toiletries for two pre-teen girls. This small space between the residence and garage was an underutilized grassy area. The owners wanted fresh, organically grown vegetables and this was their sunniest spot. The interior of the raised beds are lined with pond liner to minimize the wood to soil contact, as pressure treated wood was used for longevity.
