This Natural Stone Patio Addition project included approximately 800 square feet of Irregular flagstone. The flagstone patio and walkway was added to an existing paver patio pool area. New trees and shrubs were installed throughout the property as well. This project also included edging and mulching the remaining pool area not being replanted during walkway and patio construction as well as the front of the house across the porch to the driveway. This included edging, pre-emergent weed preventer and triple cut bark mulch. New landscape lighting was installed on select trees as well as 11 path lights along the walkway and front of the home.

Adding to their spectacular outdoor living area at the famous E-Lake in Miami, this client opted for a glossy black bioclimatic louvered pergola. Keeping it simple with a freestanding structure this client now uses this space for additional poolside lounging on their lakeview home. While this client already had designated covered areas, our bioclimatic pergola gives them an additional space to lounge in the sun or shaded, they have the best of both worlds. Our shade structures are easy maintenance and are worry-free structures during hurricane season, the tilting louvers stay open preventing any uplift from the wind.

This Brick Walkway project in Lancaster, PA included lifting the existing brick walkway, removing stone dust and excavating for a proper base depth. We then installed a proper stone base and relayed the existing bricks in the similar pattern. Finally we will installed an epoxy based mortar between the brick joints and installed an edge restraint to prevent future separation of the bricks.

A place we really lavished attention was on high-quality window dressings. To balance the straight architecture of the room, stationary side draperies are stacked in sage green outdoor fabric to prevent sun-fade over time, while accent trim stands out from the face edging, a luxury detail.
