Although the Kids Bathroom was reduced in size by a few feet to add additional space in the Master Bathroom, you would never suspect it! Because of the new layout and design selections, it now feels even larger than before. We chose light colors for the walls, flooring, cabinetry, and tiles, as well as a large mirror to reflect more light. A custom linen closet with pull-out drawers and frosted glass elevates the design while remaining functional for this family. For a space created to work for a teenage boy, teen girl, and pre-teen girl, we showcase that you don’t need to sacrifice great design for functionality!

After living with the original 1980s landscaping for a few years after purchasing their home, these homeowners were ready for an update. We preserved mature plantings where possible, but integrated new material to better suit the homeowners' style and the Northwest setting.

Located in the town of Palm Beach, this Infinity Edge style pool takes a timeless European tradition and sets it against a South Floridian backdrop. Setting foot onto the deck we’re welcomed by 16”x16” deck pavers with turf grass creating a classic visual pattern. Dominican Coral Stone and chiseled Limestone were selected to frame the perimeter of the pool and for a natural finish to the infinity edge wall. The glass blue tile that fills in the pool floor mirrors the sky and flows right into the vast blue sea. A pair of palms completes the serene setting by providing just enough shade when you need it. This bathroom was inspired by nature and designed to feel larger than its 5'ish x 8'ish footprint. We accomplished this by accenting the back wall and tiling the shower surround to the ceiling to draw the eye back and up. Sticking with a neutral, bright color scheme and using a tall vanity mirror helps bounce the light to create the illusion of space.

These French limestone pavers, reclaimed from historic manors and farm houses in Burgundy, date as far back as the 13th century. Generations of wear have resulted in pleasingly uneven surfaces. This unique, lived-in patina makes it the crème de la crème of natural stone. As Dalle de Bourgogne and other reclaimed limestone becomes increasingly rare and hard to find, Francois & Co has developed stunning, high quality alternatives to meet demand, including our newly quarried collection of Rustic French limestone.
