Austin's Casa Azul is the the spot for all things happy. This AirBnb remodel it is joyful, hip and functional. I was hired to design, procure and set up this one bedroom private apartment, an Austin jewel nestled in Windsor Park. The bedroom, living room and dining space are furnished in bold colors and fun and eclectic style with a nod to Moroccan vibes. Take time to relax in the private outdoor area designated to you and your guest. We painted the fence a bright happy color and faced it with a colorful mural, making the space bright and fun. Chair lounge chairs, fire pit, café lights and grill finish the space making it party ready. Herb garden, succulent arrangement and fun, colorful metal art and décor add pops of color and interest. Casa Azul is ready for your stay.

This is a condominium approx. 1800 sqft, located on Wonderland Trail in Blowing Rock NC. This was a complete main level remodel. We removed all flooring and replaced it with 4” wide White Oak. The floor was sealed with Bona Matte finish. The nickel joint used on the walls was cedar with a custom blended stain. The vanity and plumbing fixtures were procured from Restoration hardware. The kitchen cabinets used were the pre-existing 1990’s Cherry with gray finish spray applied on-site. Alair Homes

Haycon very recently completed the new construction on this 16,200 square foot building. Spanning just over a year in construction, this 6 story, 16 unit rental property was built with a $4 Million dollar budget. Constructed using Type 3 over Type 5 construction, Haycon coordinated the procurement and installation of penalized framing and terra cotta cladding, requiring an impeccable level of accuracy and expertise in execution.

Located in Boston’s South End, this three-story Victorian-era building was completely renovated to accommodate a young couple about to start a family. The open ground floor was designed to be multi-functional, offering areas for cooking, dining, lounge space, and kids’ play area. Using the couple’s collection of mid-century modern furniture and accessories, along with the procurement of additional furniture, a vintage modern aesthetic was created. A new fireplace, custom rug and wall-hung bookshelves were added to the reconfigured first floor living area. Debbie Cavit Design provided a total interior design and procurement service for Likuliku Lagoon Resort in Fiji which opened in 2007 and has been voted Best Resort by Australian Luxury Travel Magazine for 5 years running. At least 90% of all items in the guest rooms were custom designed specifically for this resort by Cavit to give a unique guest experience and a very specific Fijian feel. The resort includes luxury Bures, Fiji's first overwater bures, spa, multiple restaurants and bars.

A Space that Invites Conversation We love a four chair room especially one with luxurious chairs like these in a soft supple camel leather. We combined them with the softest sheep skin rug and moody photograph by Tim Burns to create a deeply cozy space. The end result is a comfortable and cozy room that invites long hours of conversation.
