JTID INC is a residential and commercial interior architectural design firm with offices in Los Angeles which began in 2004. Our objective is to provide all our clients comprehensive design solutions regardless of the size and scope of their projects. We have worked on projects of all scales which we believe embodies the diversity and richness of our clientele and our firm. Our design strategy was founded on some key principles: Form, Function and Budget. For instance, with five participations in the Pasadena Showcase for the Arts, we have demonstrated our ability to create sophisticated contemporary spaces in Historical homes while seamlessly integrating astounding technological features. In our opinion, comfort is essential. To support our vision and execute our designs, we have relied on some of the industry’s most talented artisans and craftsmen. We have also built a broad network of resources for materials and furnishings. Although we have had -and continue to- the opportunity and pleasure to collaborate with some phenomenal architects, we have the capabilities to internally develop complete sets of architectural plans and obtain building permits. Our services are billed an an hourly basis. We extend trade discounts on most purchases to our clients. We do not require a minimum budget. We enjoy listening to our clients’ needs and wishes.
