A Carolee McCall Smith design, this new home took its inspiration from the old-world charm of traditional farmhouse style. Details of texture rather than color create an inviting feeling while keeping the decor fresh and updated. Painted brick, natural wood accents, shiplap, and rustic no-maintenance floors act as the canvas for the owner’s personal touches.
The layout offers defined spaces while maintaining natural connections between rooms. A wine bar between the kitchen and living is a favorite part of this home! Spend evening hours with family and friends on the private 3-season screened porch.
For those who want a master suite sanctuary, this home is for you! A private south wing gives you the luxury you deserve with all the desired amenities: a soaker tub, a modern shower, a water closet, and a massive walk-in closet. An adjacent laundry room makes one-level living totally doable in this house!
Kids claim their domain upstairs where 3 bedrooms and a split bath surround a casual family room.
The surprise of this home is the studio loft above the 3-car garage. Use it for a returning adult child, an aging parent, or an income opportunity.
Included energy-efficient features are: A/C, Andersen Windows, Rheem 95% efficient furnace, Energy Star Whirlpool Appliances, tankless hot water, and underground programmable sprinklers for lanscaping.

This Elegant Contemporary remodel project is our featured project of the month, and includes a back yard lawn “scrape off” and redo. We removed all the old grass and key surrounding plant material that was dated, and added fresh new plants and created a complete themed destination. The client had this idea in her head, and we turned it into reality, making this tranquil gathering place her back yard focus!
We installed updated lawn sprinklers for the newly designed grass area, and a raw steel border to define the lounge space. The interior is lush synthetic turf installed in and around travertine paving stone, patterned after the client’s worn and dated “before” back yard. We told her that we could turn her concept into something absolutely stunning, and here is the finished result.
We also renewed the landscape lighting with new fixtures and a programmable timer, and designed space for a water feature that was a sentimental family must-have! We planted new vines that will green up the side walls. The installation of this complete space included completely automated systems for lights and water, and you can see from the pictures, just a little bit better than the other guys.
As with every project, we provided our “like it was my house” service, and the client was so excited with this space that we have since been contacted for the front yard!

Located in the heart of a 1920’s urban neighborhood, this classically designed home went through a dramatic transformation. Several updates over the years had rendered the space dated and feeling disjointed. The main level received cosmetic updates to the kitchen, dining, formal living and family room to bring the decor out of the 90’s and into the 21st century. Space from a coat closet and laundry room was reallocated to the transformation of a storage closet into a stylish powder room. Upstairs, custom cabinetry, built-ins, along with fixture and material updates revamped the look and feel of the bedrooms and bathrooms. But the most striking alterations occurred on the home’s exterior, with the addition of a 24′ x 52′ pool complete with built-in tanning shelf, programmable LED lights and bubblers as well as an elevated spa with waterfall feature. A custom pool house was added to compliment the original architecture of the main home while adding a kitchenette, changing facilities and storage space to enhance the functionality of the pool area. The landscaping received a complete overhaul and Oaks Rialto pavers were added surrounding the pool, along with a lounge space shaded by a custom-built pergola. These renovations and additions converted this residence from well-worn to a stunning, urban oasis.

The master bath in this Franklin Estate home was original to the early ’90s and ready for a complete gut and makeover. The layout worked well for both husband and wife, but they were ready for new high-end amenities. Adding a fully programmable heated floor, custom cabinetry topped with gorgeous quartz, and a completely custom remote-controlled electrical system were just a few of the luxuries. The new spa shower with rain head and handheld Hansgrohe fixtures are perfect for a quick morning wakeup or end-of-the-day relaxing soak.
A must-have for “her” was the Kohler Sunstruck oval freestanding heated bubble massage air bath, that replaced the old clunky built-in corner tub. A must-have for “him” was the Toto Neorest with Actilight technology. This toilet is truly a revolutionary innovation at the peak of luxury. This intelligent toilet uses an integrated UV light and special glaze to break down dirt and grime in the bowl and rinses it clean with ewater+. And with other features like a heated seat, deodorizer, and warm water sprays, Neorest 750H delivers an unparalleled sense of relaxation in the most comforting and refreshing ways possible.

This finished photo was taken by Stephen Gerhart from Day One Lighting, this is a project we collaborated on in 2014. This project absolutely needs to be seen. With the effort put into it and the tremendous amount of time it took to complete, I was glad to see it go away for a while. Day One Lighting in West Palm Beach brought this one to the table, we added our expertise in all the glass related details. Together we produced this wild creative illuminated glass water feature wall. I am just seeing this particular photo now for the first time and it is absolutely stunning!!! This wall is about 60” wide and 80”tall. What you see is a full field of custom cut and bonded recycled tumbled glass rock to 1/2" backed safety glass. The water cascades and falls elegantly across the front face out of a cool glass spillway. It is fully surrounded in a self-contained and programmable custom LED lighting system furnished by Day One Lighting, In fact Stephen headed up and delivered the complete package to this unique project. The creative backing is our secret, along with every important detail about its dynamic assembly. Wait to see what is next?

Renovating the worn master bath of this 1950’s contemporary ranch was a challenge, but the Renovisions team took the task in stride. The biggest design challenge was enlarging the bathroom while also creating a usable and functional sitting area adjacent to their master bedroom. A few of the design highlights included; the pocket door which created an unencumbered space in the bath, a larger sized shower with no door and a lineal drain with curbless shower entry, larger format porcelain tiles, a shower niche, heated floors with a programmable thermostat, and a one piece concealed trap skirted toilet. Clipping the corner wall upon entering the sitting room softened the shape of the room and ensured comfortable walking space through the hallway into the master bedroom.
The homeowners particularly love the customizations of the stylish designed vanity which included ample space to store bath supplies in the full extension drawers and a bottom shelf for towels. The custom Benjamin Moore dark blue/grey colored cabinetry and framed mirror looks stunning with the Silestone’s ‘Pulsar’ quartz countertop and shelf pieces. They also loved the gray-blue muted marble tones of the 12”x24” shower wall field tile and chose a bright mosaic-look tile for the rear wall of the shower niche. Replacing the older windows provided more natural light into both the bathroom and sitting room spaces. With spa-worthy, on-trend, creative uses of space, this ‘Renovision’ was enjoyed and appreciated by these homeowners!
