With practical purpose in mind, the master bathroom was custom-designed with his and her floating vanities from Dura Supreme in sustainable bamboo. A functional above-counter storage tower eliminates the need to bend down for access.
Complimenting the cabinets, we chose black hardware resembling a Japanese pagoda roof, Brittanica Gold Cambria countertops, and black and gold leaf vanity lights by Ferguson.

This Bonita Bay kitchen was updated in white perimeter Dura Supreme cabinets and complemented with MSI Calacutta Clara quartz countertops, featuring a milky-white backdrop and gorgeous long linear veining. The quartz countertops are paired expertly with a Tesoro Arctic Matte tile backsplash, the ripple effect which creates movement and greets spectators with a simple, contemporary style.
Bringing warmth and sophistication to the space, our clients chose a complimentary transitional, medium brown Dura Supreme cabinet stain (Morel) that features a touch of gray used on the island, open shelves, and oven hood. This beautiful hand-rubbed, stained finish enhances the natural character and grain of the wood species and expertly ties the ceiling beam into the living room space. Completing the look are two aged brass pendants by Capital Lighting that hang above the oversized island, as well as new Bosch appliances and Provenza hardwood flooring that seamlessly blend the open living space together.

By design, the Riverstone pebble flooring in the open shower and the ceiling-mounted shower head combine to create an effect that you are bathing under a waterfall. Further adding to the dramatic “outdoor” effect, we designed the shower walls using textured wave wall tile which also helped to hide the grout lines.

Shannon and John had been updating thier home but wanted to start remodeling the bathrooms. This bathroom is part of an in aw suite and shannon wanted something cheerful and John likes the classics so off to the drawing board I went.. Check out the original digital design i did.

The Japanese soaking tub was designed with built-in stairs and the tub deck was designed using the same Cambria and bamboo finishes as the vanity. The floor around the bathtub was accented with Riverstone pebble tile flooring that flows into the adjacent open shower to tie the two spaces together.

Eat-in kitchen - mid-sized transitional l-shaped medium tone wood floor and brown floor eat-in kitchen idea in Chicago with a farmhouse sink, recessed-panel cabinets, beige cabinets, granite countertops, beige backsplash, ceramic backsplash, stainless steel appliances and an island

Shannon and john have an in law suite where family and guest in general stay. When they bought this house it was pretty dated and they want to continue updating , but this time its all the bathrooms, starting here, This bathroom has no windows and both Shannon and John of elderly parents so i suggested getting rid of the old tub/shower combination and doing a sliding door shoer so its easier for Shannons dad who uses a walker to maneuver in and out of. I then took some measurements with ideas i already had and produce 3 different versions/designs for them to choose from. This was the winner. I wanted to create a cheerful relaxed space for their guest and given this bath has no windows i also wanted to use color and bring in some nature. The bright Navy blue vanity with gold accents and the patterned floor is eye catching and bold yet relaxed and welcoming. Adding a 2 small wooden shelves above the toilet brings in warmth and the plant and bird accent add charm and some outdoor greenery.I kept he rest simple so the eye isn't overwhelmed. the end result is a relaxed yet happy feeling and i hope it brings a mile to everyones face.

In the original floor plan, there was a jacuzzi tub, window, and skylight where this new double 10-foot shower now exists. The shower walls were lined with Carrara marble-style 4x16 subway tiles and the shower floor was adorned with gray round penny glass tile. To create that extra glam and sparkle, we used a translucent grout with an iridescent finish on the shower floor which reflects and refracts light and gives the glass tile the appearance to be different shades of colors. Two shower systems were installed with massaging jets on each end of the shower and a large rain showerhead in the middle of the shower ceiling. We enclosed this massive shower with a frameless hinged shower door with chrome hardware.
Also in the original floor plan, there was a separate shower and vanity where the new large double vanity with extra storage now sits. The white vanity has raised-panel doors and drawers. An LED mirror and LED vanity light fixture were installed above each sink.
The floor tile is a 12x24 Carrara marble-style porcelain tile installed in a diagonal pattern to visually enlarge the space. The quartz countertop is named 'White Sands' and appears as though it has tiny white pebbles with silver gems, and the walls were painted with Sherwin-Williams Drift of Mist.

Our clients’ primary goal for this remodel was to tone down the original Mediterranean style design, once popular in the Shadowbrook neighborhood, and replace it with a more contemporary style, lighter finishes, new cabinetry, lighting, and all new appliances.
