We have contracted with Dave and his team at PDB for two projects. Our first project was a kitchen remodel including new appliances, countertops and a new beverage center replacing a small desk/office. Our second project was a gut and design/build of the Master Bathroom and a remodel of Guest Bathroom. We are extremely happy with the finished projects and highly recommend PDB to homeowners looking to remodel their SW Florida home.

Our experience with Progressive Design Build was excellent. They are a professional company with knowledgeable, talented and friendly employees. Our extensive remodel was completed on time and on budget. The construction software they use kept us informed on construction progress, all of our selections and budget. Weekly photos were also provided. The construction went so well, we did not feel it necessary to visit the site during construction. We highly recommend this company.

We are very happy with the overall quality and timeline of the project which included extensive remodeling of our pool and lanai and also our daughter's bathroom. Supervision of the subcontractors, while difficult at times, was performed very well. We were very happy with most of the subcontractors and plan to use many again. Communication to us was excellent. The workspace was well managed. We plan on using Progressive again for an extensive remodel of our master bath.

When we renovated our Florida home we turned to Progressive Builders and were very pleased with the results. Mike and his team exceeded our expectations. They were all professional, courteous and highly skilled. Our project included a complete renovation of the kitchen and master bath, installing hardwood floors as well as various uptates to other rooms. We received emails, reports and photos weekly (not in residence when work was done) via Builder Trends to keep us up to date with progress. Our budget was respected and there were no hidden cost when the work was completed. I am in the interior design business and would not hesitate to recommend Progressive Builders no matter the scope of your project.

I hired Progressive Builders to renovate my master bath and kitchen, repaint the outside of the house, replace the lanai cage, reseal the garage floor, replace light fixtures and front door hardware. Being in the design business for 20 years and a "snowbird", I was well aware of the usual stress and possible complications and delays. What a wonderful surprise! All of the costs were discussed, every selection was made, and Dave reviewed the entire process in depth with me before the work was even started. This made the process amazingly stress free and the easiest project I've ever participated in. Vernon kept me informed through BuildersTrend, email and phone calls. Betty, the kitchen and bath designer's help with selections and sources was invaluable. Best of all.....they finished ahead of schedule AND I'm thrilled with the results! Every project should be this great!!

We were apprehensive about hiring a contractor to overhaul our kitchen and the back half of our older home, having heard too many stories from friends about poor communication, delays, overruns, poor workmanship, and everything else that we know can go wrong (having been in the remodeling business ourselves!). We ended up hiring Michael Spreckelmeier and his team at Progressive Builders. Our home has been transformed without a single thing not being handled in a first-rate manner! This firm has perfected a method that helped our initial plans evolve, with price ranges provided early on and then finalized as we added, deleted, and modified our dream. Our specialty requests never fazed them: old-fashioned plaster, complex millwork, a wrought-iron railing, etc. Old-world craftsmanship isn't widely available to say the least, but we were thrilled that skilled workers are still out there and working with this firm on a regular basis. We are beyond pleased with the quality of planning, construction, and every other aspect of this project. We recommend Progressive Builders without reservation to anyone contemplating a complex remodeling project from Fort Myers south into Collier County.

I just completed a three day onsite, company wide, interactive meeting with Mike Spreckelmeier, Dave Wherry and the entire staff at Progressive Builders. At this meeting, I had the opportunity to interview each member of the staff and take a behind the scenes look of how they run their business. It was great to see the highest ethical standards at the center of everything they do. The way that the staff loves working at Progressive Builders. The way they model their mission statement- in how they care for their clients. How they treat their trade partners with the highest respect & how they care for each other like they are family. I would highly recommend the Progressive Builders.

Progressive Builders painted my Ft Myers condo and did a splendid job. It was years ago but they made such a positive impression: on time, courteous, neat and friendly. I'm impressed to see that the company has remained in business for 25 years and their work posted on Houzz is beautiful. If I still lived in Florida and needed home remodeling, Progressive Builders would be my first and only call.

Our project involved remodeling three bathrooms, and several other projects around the house. We had a trip planned and asked that the project be completed in our absence. To our delight, it was finished when we returned, and the house was in immaculate condition. We were completely satisfied with everything. Subsequently there were a couple of follow-ups that were handled immediately, same day in fact! We have high praise for Mike, Greg and everyone else that we dealt with.
