This project combines high end earthy elements with elegant, modern furnishings. We wanted to re invent the beach house concept and create an home which is not your typical coastal retreat. By combining stronger colors and textures, we gave the spaces a bolder and more permanent feel. Yet, as you travel through each room, you can't help but feel invited and at home.

Interior Design by ecd Design LLC This newly remodeled home was transformed top to bottom. It is, as all good art should be “A little something of the past and a little something of the future.” We kept the old world charm of the Tudor style, (a popular American theme harkening back to Great Britain in the 1500’s) and combined it with the modern amenities and design that many of us have come to love and appreciate. In the process, we created something truly unique and inspiring. RW Anderson Homes is the premier home builder and remodeler in the Seattle and Bellevue area. This image shows a modern outdoor space featuring a stylish pergola structure with dark beams providing partial shade. Beneath the pergola, there is a sleek bar or counter area with a marble-like finish. In the background, a raised concrete planter holds various plants, including a small tree, likely an olive tree, along with succulents and other greenery, creating a lush, Mediterranean-inspired feel. The floor consists of concrete top cast finish, adjacent to a patch of artificial grass, adding a clean, minimalist look to the outdoor setting. The area is enclosed by a wall
