Western Red Cedar channel rustic siding shown as it would be installed. Prefinished in PPG's 2018 stain color of the year "Cinder". This semi-transparent stain allows the natural wood color come through but has a dark black tone but it is not a solid color stain.

The patios are open from the living room, guest bedroom and master bedroom and overlook a gorgeous pool below. Contemporary metal furniture continues the contemporary style from inside and complements the architecture of the building. Two loveseats with granite top tables are the perfect place for lounging in the afternoon. Pillows and an outdoor rug bring interesting textures to the patio. Behind the loveseats is a pub table for dining and entertaining. Off of the Guest Bedroom and Master Bedroom are more private seating areas for a quite morning cup of coffee or a reading in the afternoons. Bathroom - transitional bathroom idea in Chicago

This modern bathroom has a glass mosaic called Metropolis Onyx. This mosaic has different textures including metallic. This pattern comes in different colors including silver, black, pearl, opal, bronze and more. This color is also available in subway and liberty. The counter, floor and wall coverings are made of recycled granite and glass and the color is called White Star. This material is 1/4" thick and can be placed on top of existing countertops and surfaces. There are many colors available.

Starting from a blank canvas with a completely empty shell, the Gonyea Transformations team transformed this spacious garage into a sleek, luxurious personal retreat. The garage now boasts ample space for our client to showcase their cars, as well as entertain friends in the loft with a full bar and lounge. Some stunning details include a beautiful cable railing that leads to the loft, a walnut accent wall that adds additional architectural interest and works as a privacy barrier and entertainment center, and a notable bar with diamond plate details, thoughtful lighting, and the clients’ own “Lamborghini” sign to create a cohesive look within the whole garage condo.
