Table legs are often in the way of people and their knees! What makes this table seating spacious and easily accessible is the way we pushed the legs outside its corners so that the tabletop's anchoring occurs solely on a quarter of the circular section.

Balancing act! The elongated table in this sitting area in the main living room is offset to allow for passage from the fireplace area. Notice how the table is not centered in the window. The asymmetrical positioning is minimized by centering the dark, elongated painting in the middle of the window. As well, an ottoman is positioned under the table, and is pushed to the left, which also is balanced by the contrasting painting in the center of the window above it.

This new Master Suite, built over the main floor addition under phase 1, was stepped up slightly to allow for increased ceiling height on the main floor. As such, the ceilings here were also pushed up to allow for greater height and the feeling of added space.

Clean contemporary lines win over in this upscale Dallas high rise. The original kitchen was dark and outdated. All the walls were black the cabinets were maple and the floor was brown stained concrete. The kitchen was in a corner so the layout stayed the same to help keep the plan open.
Fun, vibrant, contemporary kitchen with high-end style is what this client requested and red came up again and again. We really embraced the idea and went bold with this red hot glass backsplash, and high-gloss white cabinets. The black matte countertop gave us a grounded backdrop and really let the rest of the kitchen shine.
Special features: Custom StyleCraft flat panel cabinets in high-gloss finish and push to open cabinets and drawers with a painted glass backsplash.

Zola Windows played a crucial role in helping to embrace and engender the “Passive House” construction standard, allowing a landmark protected large commercial building to be transformed into an architecturally precise, low energy, high performance masterpiece. For 60 White Street, a brand new class of window was developed that pushes the technological envelope while faithfully replicating the look appropriate for a 146 year-old historic edifice. Spanning three panes, Zola’s American Heritage SDH (Simulated Double Hung) window helped create a well-insulated, draft free building envelope akin to a thermos bottle. This award-winning, replica-quality window boasts industry-leading airtightness and thermal performance, coupled with craftsmanship that is befitting of even the most detailed historic restorations.
