Japanese/Asian elements of this room include the patterned rug, woven draperies, the Ethan Allen garden stool, low simple coffee table, pussy willow patterned fabric on the club chairs, and beautifully simple pillows.

Possibly the only major improvement that needed addressed upon moving in was the landscaping. After removing overgrown shrubs, pruning trees, and replacing the old fencing, the couple tackled the largest part: the parking lot.
Outside of what had been the dentist's waiting room, the entire side yard had been covered in asphalt, with a separate entrance to the street. That has since been removed and replaced with grass, resulting in a minimalist, tranquil spot under the trees.

This beautiful great room feels warm and inviting now that the ideal colors were added. In order to prevent the fireplace wall from standing out as shorter than the others, while also adding personality and subtle color, that wall and the sloped ceiling were painted Sherwin Williams Mineral Deposit, to complement the area rug color. The other walls were painted SW Pussy Willow.

This sophisticated Hollywood Regency inspired Living Room features a Deco style velvet sofa and velvet patterned chairs with bright accents of turquoise in the art, custom wool rug and tasseled accent pillows. A vintage Murano lamp tops the sofa table, accompanied by a polished nickel Deco Impala sculpture. A Barry Eisenhart bronze nude sculpture graces the cocktail table. Large golden metallic ceramic vases burst with natural Pussy Willow branches on matching walnut cabinets flanking a sleek fireplace with black marble surround. A contemporary bronze sculpture and black marble pedestal highlight a corner, alongside floor to ceiling windows with grey silk custom drapery.

This guest bathroom was a complete remodel. We removed and enlarged the doorway to the shower and toilet area. The clients wanted this guest room to feel very hotel-like.
We love this custom cabinet painted in this pretty gray/green. The high patterned porcelain tile has the look of marble for that classic feel. Pental Quartz in Cashmere polished. Wall color SW Pussy Willow.
The tub was the only thing we kept from the original bathroom, as it was in excellent condition. We continued the flooring onto the walls and into the shower. We used a small 2 * 2 matching tile for the shower niche layer on the bias. Translucent glass tile in linen for the accent tile. Custom glass sliding shower door.

A cast concrete fireplace was removed and this fantastic flea market find was installed. Interior tile was used to adjust for the difference in size. Vintage mirror glass helps add to the affect of patina, as does the old factory cart stained and waxed to the perfect gray. The inspiration for the faux roman shades was the cuff of a man's shirt sleeve peeking from under a suit jacket. Inspiration can come from anywhere.

"Although it does look like a flattened spider in repeat, it is called Spider after the web it spins. It is an arrangement of spokes and triangles giving the labyrinth effect of a spiders web. It works well in these soft, silky, pussy- willow colours." Neisha Crosland

Engineered cedar siding creates beautiful gray-blue tones at the exterior of the home, while adding a textural element to activate the simple exterior design.

the Powder Rooms
Epic designed the ten baths in this residence to include elements of surprise through color and pattern, using the opportunity to go bold in an otherwise neutral project. Like catching a glimpse of a hidden gem, this powder room delights with its wallcovering of deep navy and graphic pussy willow pattern from Graham & Brown. Epic pushed the client out of their comfort zone to increase drama in these small spaces to excellent effect. In the end, the client was grateful for the push and thrilled with the outcome.

A black lacquer console table flanks the entry way by way of this great room. A swag artisan purple star lamp dangles above, shedding soft purple light. The clean and bright arrangement is a refresh of solid colored silk flowers (Magnolia) and Pussy willow branches. It rests by a vintage ebony sculpture, a Black woman. Her neck is adorned with sentimental statement jewelry that boasts the word “majesty”. Next to her is a white lacquer rectangular mirror repurposed as a tray that holds a host of white candles. At the forefront, a metal trapezoid shaped cigar ashtray holds a bundle of white sage and a Palo Santo stick etched with “Love”. It is almost a shrine of sorts.
What a gorgeous presentation. Who wouldn’t want their space to be blessed with such a lovely welcoming committee?

Fun pussy willow with silver accent wallpaper adds a nice wow to this lovely kitchen.
