THE PROBLEM
This busy homeowner and her loyal pup had no place to land and clean-up when they got home after a productive day at the barn or a awesome day at the beach. From mud to sand to regular grooming, the front door just was not cutting it for an entry.
THE SOLUTION
An unfinished basement offers a lot of opportunity. We created a shed entry by replacing the existing bulkhead and dropping them right into the new partially finished basement. The new basement not only including a dog spa that some humans would envy but closets for additional storage, enough finished area for a personal gym/meditation area, as well as heated tile floors that not only help everything to dry quicker but also are a great place for restorative yoga!
Every dog gets their day, or so the old adage goes, but in this case, that's one lucky dog!

This stunning fireplace feature was made using our RealCast real concrete panels, which are a lightweight, thin, fiber-reinforced concrete. The panels are fireproof and waterproof and are a modern addition to this contemporary dining room. Because these panels can simply be glued or screwed to just about any surface, this was an easier and quicker alternative to poured concrete.

This homeowner wanted an upscale entertainment room that didn't feel like a basement. In addition to the brick fireplace with bluestone hearth, he added bead board wainscoting and a moveable bar. We installed an exotic species of hardwood flooring for a modern, upscale aesthetic. The hardwood was prefinished for a quicker, more expedient installation. We floated the hardwood over a moisture barrier to protect it from any dampness coming from the concrete slab. A little insulating underlayment gave the space the added warmth and comfort needed to forget that you were in a basement.

Introducing the Cascade Barn style sliding Shower glass door. We love this door, after trying various manufacturers we finally found our Barn Door of Choice. The quality is phenomenal, installation much quicker than the others, aesthetically the perfect look we wanted. The rollers are dramatic and rch looking. Also solid compared to some of the discount brands. The support bar is solid, it can handle the weight of the glass, where others have failed and you end up with a sagging support bar and a door that wont stay closed. Not good. This one has passed all of our tests. IT is available to see in our showroom!

The Quarry Mill's Manhattan real thin stone veneer creates a stunning dry stack interior fireplace. Manhattan natural stone veneer features a range of medium to dark grey tones with subtle tan undertones. The stone is a natural granite gneiss and has a slight shimmer in the light. Manhattan’s individual pieces are sawed to set heights of 2”, 3” and 5” with snapped ends. Each piece has a sawed top and bottom making for quicker installation. The finished look of Manhattan is clean and sleek; it is perfect for modern or contemporary design. This is a premium quality real stone veneer we import from overseas. We have pallets in our warehouse ready for immediate delivery.

We created this rug for the Robyn Clarke Collection. It enables the Toronto interior design firm to offer their clients quicker turnaround on custom, luxurious handknotted rugs. Exploring a sophisticated palette, together we have developed a collection of 12 rugs that is both versatile and reflective of their style.
Robyn Clarke's work has always been distinguished by classic yet unexpected touches. In this rug, we created that touch with the intriguing tangerine - intensified by the lustre of silk yarn - shimmering in softly-rendered decorative geometry.

Inspiration for a 1950s exterior home remodel in Orlando

The client had an outdated on-suite bathroom that needed to be completely gutted and renovated. We selected a lot of natural soothing color tones. Our result was a very elegant and hopefully as close to timeless as we could achieve. There is a natural slate on the floor called Shist. It was very uneven to install, but the contractor did a great job. The contractor built the vanity because we could get it quicker and for the same price as a factory made one. The countertop is Jet Mist granite, honed. The client and myself are very excited about how it all came together and looks great. As the designer on the project, I was responsible for drawing all plans, elevations, custom millwork details, selecting materials with the client, ordering all materials, accepting all deliveries and making sure it was installed correctly.

Spray-Net saves you on the cost of replacing your vinyl siding!
Yes! It’s safe to paint your vinyl siding.
Vinyl siding is made from plastic, which most paint is not made to adhere to and also heats up a lot quicker than other surfaces, causing fading and even worse, warping. That’s why we custom-formulated a strategic paint for vinyl with a solar-transparent shield and created an innovative patented process that zeros in on the unique composition of vinyl. Now, you can update the look of your vinyl and boost your home’s curb appeal without all of the worry.
