This floor plan was designed for entertaining with an abundance of cabinet and counter space, double ovens and a large closet for kitchen storage! The flex room could be used as a game room, media room or study. The master suite is tucked away in the back corner of the home, while 3 additional bedrooms, a jack and jill bath and a guest bath fill the front of the home. This home has wonderful storage with many closets throughout the home!

This expansive Victorian had tremendous historic charm but hadn’t seen a kitchen renovation since the 1950s. The homeowners wanted to take advantage of their views of the backyard and raised the roof and pushed the kitchen into the back of the house, where expansive windows could allow southern light into the kitchen all day. A warm historic gray/beige was chosen for the cabinetry, which was contrasted with character oak cabinetry on the appliance wall and bar in a modern chevron detail. Custom Plantation Shutters are furniture for windows. They provide ample light control, privacy, and insulation, and aesthetically pleasing to any décor. They fit in with contemporary, as well as traditional styles. Being this is a teenage girl’s bedroom, the addition of custom draperies with swag overlays is a great accompaniment as well as a colorful enrichment to this window. Soft pink swag overlays coordinating with the wall color is contrasted by the navy blue tone on tone draperies, also used on the tie bands and welt of the swag overlays. The smooth wood pole with seashell finials correlates with the shutters, and completes this treatment as whole.

The clients love to travel and what better way to reflect their personality then to instal a custom printed black and grey map of the world on all 4 walls of their powder bathroom. The black walls are made glamorous by installing an ornate gold frame mirror with two sconces on either side. The rustic barnboard countertop was custom made and placed under a black glass square vessel sink and tall gold modern faucet.
