The contractor for this project wanted to create a unique and strong deck that would last a lifetime. Opting for Ipe decking in random widths and lengths helped him achieve a truly unique deck that has the same look and feel of interior flooring but with an overall higher strength than all long length boards.

This beautiful South Jersey deck is made out of Trex Select Saddle and the break board and picture frame are in the color Woodland Brown, again white vinyl rails with black round balusters. For this deck we wrapped the trim and beams to give it a nice completed look from a distance. Trext Select Saddle is a sunny medium brown with an easy-to-maintain, wood-like grain pattern, making it a great looking choice for your new deck.

Installed in the newly-opened (March 2018) Padovano Commons, we crafted this engineered floor from Select Grade Rift & Quarter Sawn walnut. The 3/4″ thick planks have a 5mm wear layer, 7″ face, and range in length from 4′ to 12′. Finished with an oil-based, satin-sheen finish.
