Despite its small footprint, the master suite manages to incorporate several closets, built-ins, and adjacent master bath complete with a soaker tub flanked by separate enclosures for shower and water closet. Upstairs, a generous double vanity bathroom is shared by a bunkroom, exercise space, and private bedroom. The bunkroom is configured to provide sleeping accommodations for up to 4 people. Oceanfront Beach, Rental Cottage was updated with a soft beach glass color palate on walls, with pops of color in bedding & accessories. The origional cottage was primary colors and the owner wanted a fresh approach to the home. Baths were updated with new fixtures & hardware, kitchen counters replaced with granite, new hardware and lighitng. counters. Carpeting was replaced with LVT plank flooring, a weathered wood look was selected for the color palette. New furniture with repurposed accent tables throughout.
