This stunning exterior accent wall showcases a custom blend of the Quarry Mill's Balkan and Jura real thin stone veneer. Balkan is a natural thin cut limestone veneer with stunning dark tones. The veneer is a mix of the different faces or parts of the quarried limestone. The familiar and warm gold tones of the outer parts of the limestone slabs contrast beautifully against the uniquely dark interior of the stone. Balkan falls loosely into the castle rock or square rec style due to the split rectangular pieces, however, the individual pieces are slightly smaller than most of our other castle rock options. This stone blends nicely with some of our other products to provide a less formal and old-world look. Our sales team is happy to work with you to create a custom blend.

Home design - contemporary home design idea in Seattle

This Tuscan style home located in Newport Beach, CA was missing the focal point of entry which was the entry door. It was incorrectly fitted with a Spanish Colonial style by the builder which was made of a less-than-adequate quality thus it became unusable after only a few years of use. The home itself had a rich Tuscan architectural flavor that was begging for an authentically designed entry door that would bring it justice. After extensive research of real Tuscan historical homes, our design team came up with a wonderful entry door design that would complement the home's intended style. The main focus was to maintain that old world charm of historic Tuscan style homes with heavily aged wooden doors and authentically handmade hardware that would not only be decorative but functional. The entry door was beautifully crafted by our finish carpenters in reclaimed oak on the exterior and smooth, clear alder on the inside to complement the interior of the home just as well as the exterior. Finishing the exterior of the door in a dark stain tied in well with the bronze lanterns and iron work throughout the home's exterior. Custom designed pull rings were hand-forged and are unique to this particular entry door project. Old World Mix of Spanish and English graces this completely remodeled old home in Hope Ranch, Santa Barbara. All new painted cabinets throughout, with glossy and satin finishes mixed with antiques discovered throughout the world. A wonderful mix of the owner's antique red rugs over the slate and bleached walnut floors pared with an eclectic modern art collection give a contemporary feel to this old style villa. A new pantry crafted from the unused 'maids room' attaches to the kitchen with a glossy blue island and white cabinetry. Large red velvet drapes separate the very large great room with the limestone fireplace and oversized upholstery from the kitchen area. Upstairs the library is created from an attic space, with long cushioned window seats in a wild mix of reds and blues. Several unique upstairs rooms for guests with on suite baths in different colors and styles. Black and white bath, Red bedroom, blue bedrooms, all with unique art. The project comprises of Archimedes Screw, Ball Valve, Paddle Pump and many more equipment. The complexity in the design was to provide water at different pressures to each equipment as specified by the manufacture to obtain the desired water effect. Secondly being children play area the water quality also had to meet stringent quality parameters to ensure safety and hygiene.
