Inspiration for an industrial living room remodel in Chicago with beige walls

Andrew Pogue Photography Located on one of the highest hilltops in Lakeway, this contemporary home enjoys panoramas of the Texas Hill Country. The home employs it’s unique position, surrounded by nature preserve, to integrate views with a variety of interior and outdoor spaces. The all stone entry features two massive pivot doors, front and back to view across the all negative edge pool, and on to the 15 mile view.

Also part of this home’s addition, the mud room effectively makes the most of its space. The bench, made up of wainscoting, hooks and a solid oak top for seating, provides storage and organization. Extra shelving in the nook provides more storage. The floor is black slate. What started as an addition project turned into a full house remodel in this Modern Craftsman home in Narberth, PA. The addition included the creation of a sitting room, family room, mudroom and third floor. As we moved to the rest of the home, we designed and built a custom staircase to connect the family room to the existing kitchen. We laid red oak flooring with a mahogany inlay throughout house. Another central feature of this is home is all the built-in storage. We used or created every nook for seating and storage throughout the house, as you can see in the family room, dining area, staircase landing, bedroom and bathrooms. Custom wainscoting and trim are everywhere you look, and gives a clean, polished look to this warm house. Inspiration for a farmhouse built-in desk craft room remodel in Providence

In this transitional farmhouse in West Chester, PA, we renovated the kitchen and family room, and installed new flooring and custom millwork throughout the entire first floor. This chic tuxedo kitchen has white cabinetry, white quartz counters, a black island, soft gold/honed gold pulls and a French door wall oven. The family room’s built in shelving provides extra storage. The shiplap accent wall creates a focal point around the white Carrera marble surround fireplace. The first floor features 8-in reclaimed white oak flooring (which matches the open shelving in the kitchen!) that ties the main living areas together. This Reston Virginia Condo remodel required us to bring every room up to date. We provided the new wood plank laminate flooring with a cork underlayment for maximum comfort and sound absorption. The client requested that we turn the second bedroom into an office space. We lined the wall with semi-custom cabinetry, a new ceiling fan and a built out custom closet to store books and office supplies. The adjacent bathroom shower walls and floors are lined with polished marble floor tile and new chrome plumbing fixtures. The new grey vanity and quartz counters compliment the new grey zigzag accent marble tile. The master bedroom received a full overhaul as well including a custom velvet headboard lined with espresso wood, new nightstands and dresser, 2 new pendant lamps in front of the new espresso wall mirrors. We were sure to incorporate new LED lighting throughout the condo including smart home enabled Wi-Fi controlled lighting.

This newly renovated 6 bedroom, 5.5 bath home features exquisite finishes inside and out. The exterior received a facelift from stucco to beautiful white Hardie Board, a new stone skirt, new windows, and shutters. The expansive open-concept kitchen transformation features custom cabinetry, mitered edge quartz countertops, a high-end backsplash, state-of-the art appliances, and a custom banquette. The master suite is truly a getaway featuring a soaker tub, custom fully tiled shower, and an expansive double vanity. The custom master closet features a beauty bar complete with the newest amenities. This whole-home renovation is an excellent representation of what Crawford Builders can do to bring new life to a dated space by making any space embody the perfect melody of form and function.

This guest room received a teen makeover when this teen decided on a teal blue and black color scheme. We added a little "bling" with this fun orb chandelier, silver metallic wallcovering and glitter drapery panel fabric.
