Inspiration for a transitional u-shaped medium tone wood floor and brown floor kitchen remodel in Nashville with a farmhouse sink, shaker cabinets, white cabinets, beige backsplash, mosaic tile backsplash, white appliances, an island and black countertops

This petit powder room bath is not limited to whites and greys, but a unique mix of shapes, textures and patterns that make a statement. The glass mosaic tile added glimmer and a pop of soft green color.
Our client was seeking something different and a bit of glamour to show off to visiting guests and we addressed these priorities aesthetically. The beautiful and functional powder room boasts subway tile in both white ceramic and frosted green glass along with a soft and elegant glass mosaic wall and accent border in a green, white and grey color combination.
The curvaceous wall-mounted LED mirror allows light to flow through a frosted inner circle which gives the light a uniquely warm hue and provides a natural focal point to the room’s design. We recommended a 20” round fireclay sink designed for small and unique spaces. Guests will also enjoy the bidet toilet seat that provides added comfort and cleansing.
Overall our client is delighted with her new elegant and attractive bath and is ready to invite guests and show it off! It is a transformation that is sure to impress!

Finding a reputable contractor to design and build your kitchen remodel in Maryland with quality results involves several steps. Here are some general guidelines to help you find the right professional for your project:
1. Ask for Recommendations: Start by asking friends, family, neighbors, or colleagues who have recently completed kitchen remodels for recommendations. Personal referrals can be a valuable source of trustworthy contractors.
2. Check Online Reviews: Websites like Yelp, Angie's List, and Google Reviews can provide insights into the experiences of previous clients. Look for contractors with consistently positive feedback.
3. Check Credentials: Verify that the contractor has the necessary licenses and insurance to work in Maryland. You can typically check this information on your state's licensing board website.
4. Ask for References: Request references from the contractor and contact previous clients to inquire about their experiences. Visit some of their completed projects if possible.
5. Review Portfolios: Examine the contractor's portfolio of past kitchen remodels. Look for examples of work that match your style and preferences.
6. Check for Permits: Ensure that the contractor will handle any necessary permits and inspections for your remodel. Avoid contractors who suggest bypassing required permits, as this can lead to legal and safety issues.
7. Discuss Communication: Clear communication is crucial throughout the project. Discuss how the contractor will keep you updated on progress and address any concerns or changes during the remodel.
8. Get Everything in Writing: Never rely solely on verbal agreements. Ensure that all project details, warranties, and expectations are documented in a written contract.
9. Check for Red Flags: Be wary of contractors who pressure you into making quick decisions, lack a physical business address, or have a history of disputes or legal issues.
10. Trust Your Instincts: Choose a contractor you feel comfortable working with. Trust your instincts and select someone who listens to your ideas and concerns.
11. Visit Completed Projects: If possible, visit some of the contractors’ completed kitchen remodels to assess the quality of their work in person.
Once you've completed your due diligence and gathered all the necessary information, you'll be better equipped to make an informed decision about which contractor to hire for your kitchen remodel in Maryland. Remember that quality results often come from working with experienced, licensed professionals who prioritize clear communication and transparency throughout the project.

In the world of property management, fostering positive relationships with tenants, prospects, and landlords is key to ensuring a thriving rental community. One of the most fundamental aspects of tenant satisfaction is ensuring that their living spaces are equipped with functional appliances. Imagine the frustration of a tenant with a malfunctioning refrigerator or a broken washing machine. It's in such moments that the role of property managers becomes crucial. By offering fast and timely appliance repair and maintenance services, property managers can not only address the immediate needs of their tenants but also build lasting trust and loyalty. In this blog, we will explore the importance of reliable appliance repair services for property managers and how they can strengthen their bonds with tenants, prospects, and landlords.
Understanding the Tenant's Perspective:
For tenants, a well-maintained and fully functional home is not just a luxury but a necessity. Appliances like refrigerators, ovens, washing machines, and HVAC systems are integral to their daily lives. When these appliances break down, it can disrupt their routine and cause significant inconvenience. Tenants appreciate property managers who promptly address these issues, demonstrating a commitment to their comfort and well-being.
Meeting Prospective Tenants' Expectations:
When prospects are searching for a new rental property, they evaluate not only the space and location but also the level of service provided. A property managed by professionals who offer reliable appliance repair services stands out in the competitive rental market. Prospective tenants are more likely to choose a property where their potential issues, including appliance repairs, will be promptly resolved.
Earning the Trust of Landlords:
Landlords entrust property managers with their investments, expecting them to maintain the property and keep the tenants satisfied. Providing efficient appliance repair services not only ensures tenant retention but also earns the trust of landlords. A property manager who can handle repairs swiftly and cost-effectively protects the landlord's investment, leading to a positive and enduring partnership.
Benefits of Reliable Appliance Repair Services:
⦁ Tenant Satisfaction: Fast and reliable appliance repairs lead to satisfied tenants, enhancing their overall living experience.
⦁ Reduced Vacancy Rates: Properties with a reputation for excellent maintenance and quick issue resolution attract and retain tenants, minimizing vacancy periods.
⦁ Positive Word-of-Mouth: Happy tenants are more likely to recommend the property to others, increasing the likelihood of attracting new tenants through referrals.
⦁ Enhanced Property Value: Well-maintained properties retain their value and appeal, ensuring a steady stream of income for landlords.
⦁ Improved Tenant-Landlord Relations: Proactive property managers who promptly address repair issues strengthen their relationships with both tenants and landlords, creating a harmonious living environment.
In the competitive world of property management, offering reliable appliance repair services isn't just a service; it's a testament to a property manager's commitment to their tenants, prospects, and landlords. The owners of a lovely traditional New England home needed to replace an old brick patio that was deteriorating, in part because the roots of a magnificent maple tree were nudging the bricks out of place. They decided to take the opportunity to install a new terrace and garden that would unify their indoor and outdoor spaces while addressing the problem of the tree roots.
Home Outside designer Samantha Anderson created a design for a curving terrace that wraps around the back of the house with two areas for different times of day; the sunny morning terrace has seating that faces outward for coffee and garden viewing, while the evening terrace has a table for summer dining under the shade of the maple tree. Samantha recommended replacing the brick—which didn't complement the red siding—with Goshen stone, which beautifully reflects light and brightens up the whole patio. She enlarged the thresholds to the kitchen and greenhouse and sited the grill right outside the French doors to the dining room.
A large circular bed around the maple gives its roots some breathing room, and the circle is neatly edged with cobble stones. The bed is planted with tough, shade-loving plants such as epimediums, hostas, Aster 'October Skies,' hellebores, evergreen Christmas fern, Carex 'Ice Dance,' ajuga, and variegated Solomon's Seal.
