This home built in the 1970s in Marietta, GA is no longer weathered and outdated! Our team replaced the old siding, gutters, and roof, stained the deck, and painted the exterior. The home even used to have damaged roof shingles on the upper portion of the exterior, but now has James Hardie siding! A few of the products used on the home include: James Hardie HardiePlank Lap Siding, James Hardie Shingle siding, and GAF Timberline HDZ Architectural Shingles.

This photo shows the space under the stairs where Wine Cellar Specialists built the contemporary home wine cellar. The stairs were made of steel beams and bamboo wood steps, which are open in between each step. Wine Cellar Specialists installed the Ultra PEG wine racks on Alumasteel backer panels. The metal wine racks were constructed from brushed aluminum. The wine cellar cooling unit was installed on the left wall and was powdercoated to match the wall of this Dallas wine room. The Handy Lion During remodel, this completely remodeled living level half bath is designed for guest use had the cabinets, toilet floor, fixtures and more replaced. The patina appearing bronze fixtures with an undercounted oval bowl and matching under cabinet and wall cabinet and towel racks and soap dispenser with one arm temperature control made the place appear new. The walls were repainted white in the tiny space. The same pattern shown in the mud room was carried here and in the kitchen. Plenty of storage space is permitted. And the right displayed fan and light switch has a light, as closing the door makes the place completely black. (The light shows the switch in complete darkness!) The light fixture matches the theme through out the home, and the half bath hardware.
