This Master Bathroom in Norfolk received a complete gut, expansion and renovation. Through our Design Build process these homeowners worked with in-house designer Jason Hoffman to create their dream master bathroom retreat. When designing, Jason was able to offer ideas on how to gain square footage, ultimately adding a walk-in shower. Complete with a custom double vanity and beautiful tile work by Marshall Tile & Marble Company, this has been one of our favorite transformations to date. See the before and after photos below as well as some 3D renderings approved by the homeowners prior to construction. Our team both designs the renovation AND performs the work. Our talented carpentry crew and trusted subcontractors perfectly executed a design on paper to a well laid out, oasis retreat.

This fun, funky basement space was renovated with both kids and adults in mind. A large sectional is the perfect place to watch the game and another game - at the same time! Thanks to two flat screen TVs, this family can please everyone in the room. A kids space for a ping pong table and drum set sits behind the TV viewing space and a wet bar for drinks and snacks serves everyone. Concrete floors were painted and rugs were used to warm up the space. Surround sound systems were installed into the ceiling and walls for a seamless look. This is the perfect space for entertaining guests of any age.

Chase Builders along with Ever & Co., and Architectural Ceramic's own, designer Marianna Ouzdanova, come together to create a modern dream home. The bathrooms boast either 8x48 Seattle Light Grey Bark porcelain or 6x48 Estonia White on the floors. The decadent showers focus on texture with one sporting 32x32 Doors Blanco walls and the other with a Calacatta Chablis Marble Chevron mosaic. The kitchen backsplash features a linear mosaic mixing stone and glass for a unique blend.
