The Light Channel Mill Work LED features the Soft Strip Premium 2 (SS2P) 12 Volt inside a slim aluminum extrusion. The fixture uses 18.40 watts per 96 inches at 12 VDC. Features a 90 degree white clear lens provides a clean line of light projection. Includes 4 spring clips per foot. Fixtures can be continuously linked end-to-end with plug-in in or flexible connectors for maximum of 300 inches before refeeding the power. At only 2.3 watts per foot, each foot of Light Channel contains 36 warm white (3000K) LEDs per foot, 80+ CRI, 115 lumens for good color rendering. We are extremely excited to present this Rustic Hickory in a black glaze matte from Bertch. The rustic feel of the cabinets fit amazingly well in this older farm home. It was this homeowner's lucky day as soon after install, the Formica laminate tops in Slate Sequoia were discontinued. They compliment the tones of the cabinets better than anything we could imagine. Stainless steel appliances are in good company with the integral Karran 60/40 bowl sink. This all goes well with the bronze tones in the rest of the metal elements of the kitchen. Gracefully holding all of this up is Mannington Adura Max Apex Hilltop luxury vinyl plants in Cliffside. The installers worked with the customer to run the planks in a perpendicular pattern where two rooms came together.

Inspiration for a transitional entryway remodel in Los Angeles

In this contemporary bathroom, we eliminated the bath tub to expand both the closet and the shower, creating a 7x4 shower. We also upgraded the vanity, doing 2 sink bases with a large drawer bank and tower. We paired Kitchencraft Textured Shale slab cabinets with a Cesarstone Quartz top, a Marazzi Vesta Gray floor tile set in a pinwheel pattern, and Design Materials Provenza W-Age 6x24 tile in the shower paired with American Olean VIsionaire accent tile. We used Kraus Ilusio brushed nickle faucets, and Delta shower trim, including a rainhead, 4 body sprayers, and a detachable arm. FOr the vanity lights we used the LBL Oliver series, and paired it with a Chandalier from Varaluz.
