Tucked into a corner of the dining room, this butler’s pantry is small but has a lot of style, with its metal grout joints and oversize antiqued tile. We repeated the brass plumbing fixture – it’s from the same collection as the kitchen faucet. The clean, sleek lines are perfect for this small space.

This Grass Cloth by Thibaut Design has a very uniform look as a result of having a very tight and even weave. This helps us produce a seamless installation not normally associated with grass cloth wallcoverings.

Here's a complete bathroom remodel done for a family in Long Beach. Though this bathroom may look like a simple small and compact bathroom, this room holds a lot of great features. The main attraction of this bathroom comes from the open shower that is accompanied by a accented black tile wall. This shower is also featured with a full length niche for shower accessories and a bench for extra support. The bathroom is enhanced more by the golden features that come from the knobs and faucet. This bathroom is the perfect master bathroom extension.

This bathroom features our handpainted tile, Starburst in the color Peacock.

The wonderful thing about working with clients who have great taste and a house with good bones is you get to create a kitchen that feels like its always been there. When we were called to create a new kitchen space in this mid-century modern home in Middleton, we really were cognizant of the feel of the home. We didn’t want to create a kitchen that didn’t flow with the rest of the home and it was a home run. The house has a unique center island wall of cabinets as well as a wood ceiling that we embraced in the design. The kitchen back wall was created with a built in furniture look using wall of cabinets that feature a coffee bar, built in pantries and a long horizontal open display ledge. We found the perfect tile to use as a backdrop to the beautiful floating shelves that house the dishes and glasses. The cabinets are custom made and locally built using grain matched quarter sawn Douglas Fir. Douglas Fir was the perfect wood choice for this homes earthy natural feel and the contemporary minimal hardware really honors the design. The layout of the kitchen remained the same but the look is quite different. In addition to designing and project managing this kitchen remodel, we also refinished the existing wood floors, updated a small powder bathroom as well as designed, built and installed a new floating mantel in the family room.

This fun, contemporary guest bathroom has textured, large format shower wall ceramic tile and textured accent wall. Kohler, one piece toilet. Black toilet paper holder and towel bar. Grey, built-in vanity with shaker doors and black door pulls and quartz countertop and backsplash. Black plumbing fixtures with matching black, Schluter tile trim look great with the black, hex tile shower pan and black and white painted, cement floor tile. Quartz shower dam and niche shelf (same material used for the vanity countertop and backsplash).

This bathroom features some patterned black and white tile that looks like it was stenciled alongside white subway tile. The other other striking part of this bathroom is the authentic vintage American Standard sink from 1932 that my client found. The cabinet was custom built by Freedom Valley Cabinets (Freedom, IN) who do great work.

This door is from the 1800s! I wanted to create a southern cottage theme in this room. I brought the outdoors inside. The wall when it is all finished, will look like the front of a charming southern cottage!
