Staircase - contemporary staircase idea in Los Angeles

This client wanted to incorporate a basketball and Pickle ball court when they completed a major home remodel. The space had to also double as the circular driveway and maintain a formal look. Terrain worked with Allworth Design to implement the new court. Utilizing a net ball backdrop and removable Pickle ball posts, the area functions exactly as designed.

This charming century home is steeped in Oshawa's history, but it needed a facelift that would bring it up to speed for todays living. We removed the tired cabinets and corrected the sagging legacy beam, in order pave the way for a new and fresh look in the kitchen, which was more in keeping with the homeowners lifestyle. New porcilain floors were laid and new shaker style cabinetry was installed, finished with custom Benjamin Moore "Oxford white" paint. Cambria "Brittanica" quartz countertops were used complete with a matching waterfall quartz end to make the look much more contemporary. Mosaic tile was used for the backsplash and open shelving in walnut added to tie in some of the history of the home with the great new look of the kitchen. The end result is simply stunning!

Exterior repaint for one of our favorite customers and the finest homicide detective in Florida. Duration exterior satin from Sherwin Williams, two coat system.

Designed by Daniel Altmann of Reico Kitchen & Bath's Bethesda, MD showroom, this transitional bathroom design features Merillat Classic cabinets in the Fusion door style in Cherry with an Amaretto finish. The engineered quartz countertops are Cambria Buckingham. The bathroom also features porcelain and mosaic tile along with heated floors and towel bars.
