Home bar - large modern brown floor home bar idea in New York

Kari Campbell, owner of Kari Campbell Interiors, LLC, transformed her unfinished lower level into a well-designed space for her family to enjoy time together and entertaining friends. Its beautiful design inspired many as it was featured in the Parade of Homes Remodelers Showcase last year. Off to the side of the lower level kitchen/bar area, modern black sliding doors with glass windows open into an exercise room with a custom Finnleo sauna, providing the family an at-home gym & spa. The sauna has become a regular part of their workout routines.

Lux Design created this one of a kind chalkboard wall, to allow the client to mark off all the places he has visited, and also use it to make notes, as this area would be used for his home office. The steel desk along with the black leather office chair, have carried forward the same look as the entry, keeping the overall look consistent in this condo.

The upper pool feeds this stonework waterfall. This feature makes regular pump and filter maintenance essential. The water flowing into the irregularly shaped, lower pool creates continuous waves, making it perfect for exercise or a play area for the kids. The shrubbery creates a grotto feel and provides the perfect shade.

Home gym - traditional home gym idea in Philadelphia

"Installed the flooring about a year ago over thick carpet for a basement gym. Very pleased with it's performance. Gets regular use for a variety of activities. Stays fastened, supportive but not hard, good traction, easy clean up if needed but otherwise no maintenance. Worth the money - very happy with this buying decision!" - William https://www.greatmats.com/gym-flooring/gym-floor-tile-staylock-black.php
