For this project, we transformed a standard builder-grade patio into a spacious outdoor living area by extending the existing concrete patio on both sides of the home. We also installed a new concrete walkway providing clean, functional access to the side entrance while seamlessly tying into the patio extension.
To ensure a durable, long-lasting installation, the new concrete was properly graded, reinforced, and finished to match the existing patio, creating a seamless appearance that looks like it was part of the original construction. Careful attention was given to matching elevations, joints, and finish quality for a clean, professional result.
The completed project provides the homeowner with significantly more usable outdoor space for entertaining, grilling, and everyday living while improving accessibility around the home and enhancing the overall appearance of the backyard.

UserOur team is loving this comprehensive redesign of a large enclosed dining room in this gorgeous century-old Arts & Crafts.
Already stripped of its original details years ago, we were presented with a blank canvas and asked to design an Eastern-themed dining room with a contemporary flourish.
The original swinging door from the butler's pantry and two sets of french doors leading to the dining room and an attached sun room were stripped and sanded in preparation for final finish, all rim joists were air-sealed with closed cell spf and the exterior stud bay was dense-packed with cellulose. To all but eliminate sound transmission from the ensuite guest bedroom above, we removed the existing drywall/plaster substrates, and installed sound clips, and hat channel fastened to 3/4" staggered seam plywood with all joints sealed. All joists spanning the room were reinforced with glued and lagged sisters .
The mahogany shiplap ceiling was custom milled for us with a stepped tongue that allowed us to hide all fastners. The boards were prefinished with a polymerized tung oil and top coated with a medium sheen CAB acrylic lacquer. The walls are burnished plaster, and will be waxed.
LED lighting is courtesy of a trio of Tom Dixon pendants, custom mirror-imaged Cerno wall lights, and WAC 2" recessed lights placed to enhance future artwork. Touch dimmers and receptacles are Legrand Adorne. Remaining work includes rebuilding the existing triple sashes, and finishing the floors and doors.
The table is by Barlas Baylar and features a stunning matt lacquer walnut top and statuary bronze base.

Nanci Paige DesignAll the bathroom spaces in this project were small, but this powder room turned out to be a little gem. I covered the front wall in large black tile and used black grout to make the joints disappear. A floating sink wrapped in matching tile helped me avoid the ground-bound feeling of a traditional vanity. Last, I suspended a black iron mirror from black industrial chain. A pocket door instead of a traditional swinging door helped reinforce the feel that this tiny room was a perfect hidden secret.

East Coast Flooring and InteriorsFor a newly constructed South Florida home, we installed 2,500 square feet of wide plank wood flooring throughout both levels, including a custom wood staircase. The stairs featured one-piece treads, avoiding joints and separate nosing, treated with a custom stain to match the pre-finished wood, and accented with white risers. We reinforced the second-floor plywood sub-flooring with an additional layer to support the wide plank wood flooring, which was glued down directly to the plywood. On the first floor, we used a high moisture tolerant adhesive to glue the wood flooring directly to the concrete, ensuring a moisture-free environment. The result is a stunning, durable, and moisture-resistant wood flooring throughout the entire home.

I'm The Man ServicesThis drywall crack was carefully repaired to restore a smooth, seamless finish. We began by widening the crack slightly to ensure proper adhesion, then applied joint compound and embedded paper or mesh tape to reinforce the area. After multiple coats of compound and sanding between layers, the surface was blended into the surrounding wall. Once the repair was complete, we primed and painted the area, leaving no trace of the previous damage.
