Christine Karstens This Rosa Red Arizona Flagstone Retaining Wall Flowerbed was styled with the customer's request to incorporate her Feng Sheu style and heritage. The Flowerbed was constructed at a bench height to accommodate entertaining large family and friends events. The tropical garden include such exotic plants as Banana Leaf, Kangaroo Paw and Flax. The lush sod is watered by automatic sprinklers and emitter drains that utilize water drain from the flowerbed and release it in the yard.

Our recent covered patio addition in Forney, TX illustrates just how much luxury we pour into our custom designs. The homeowners chose to go with a stain-and-stamp concrete patio using the hardwood stamp pattern. For the color, they wanted to give the space a warm, inviting feel so they chose our maple wood stain with a charcoal release.

Skirted Table - Radiator Cover - Detail Custom drapery hardware is attached to the underside of the bracket table. Drapery rings with clips attach the box pleated linen skirt which hides the radiator. The skirt can easily be removed by releasing the clips while all hardware remains intact.

This house in the high Mesa desert of Southwestern Utah is sustainable. It is built with non-combustible fire-resistant materials of steel, concrete, copper and stucco. Water-recapturing, passive heating and passive cooling are used for a low impact on the environment and energy efficiency. Large overhanging eaves provide essential shade in the summer, solid concrete floors release the heat absorbed from the low winter sun. A steel structure allows for deep cantilevered balconies and eaves, which also supports heavy snowfall in winter. The standing seam copper roofing freely allows expansion and contraction from the daily temperature swings. The eaves are covered in copper panels and an integrated copper gutter. The balcony railing made of steel channels and wire was also fabricated by Patrice.

This stunning backyard features a contemporary, rectangular inground pool wth a stucco water fountain wall gracing the deep-end. The wall is flanked on either end with gas lanterns and three scuppers in the middle that release water into a rectangular pool of water framed inside the feature. Six, Pentair LED magic streams send dancing water over the edge of the pool's outlining stone. Large, stone, step-pads create paths from the pool to the covered patio and outdoor kitchen as well as to a sitting area and fire feature. Guests have access to an outdoor shower, and a beautiful natural gas fire feature filled with lava rock.

“Working on beautiful homes like this that have art and character to them makes it fun to come to work,” said owner Steve Trombley. “The home has a lot of wood and stone already, so we used wall accent colors in sage green and rosewood red that go with the character of the home rather than just paint everything white.” The professional house painting contractors at Trombley Painting Company released preview pictures of the painting project on their Facebook page while they were working and let fans know the house was going on the market for the homeowner.
