Wallcovering is available in two weights. Our Commercial Wallcovering is a 10pt paper. Our Standard Wallcovering is a 6pt paper. Engineered to be easy to install, the paper is pre-pasted. Simply spraying the back of the paper with water activates the adhesive and in one minute the paper is ready to install.

Vicarage renovation and restoration project for St. Andrew’s Church. The vicarage had a flood damaging the entire 1st floor. Over the years the space had deteriorated and various tenants had painted over and over and even put stables into 120 year old moldings and other wood detail. We wanted to bring the original integrity back to the space by matching the original hardwood flooring, refinishing and staining moldings where possible, building & extending moldings to match where they could not be salvaged, such as the plate rail that was missing parts, and removing old gunky paint. It was also important to make the space feel fresh and beautiful. The church has Gothic elements so we wanted to bring that feeling along with the beauty of the church into the vicarage space. The bathroom echoed the kitchen cabinetry in classic burgundy but we painted the moldings, including the plate rail which we built, in high gloss for an elevated look. The flooring in black & white checker pattern is a nod to flooring common in churches around the world. The arched mirror and sconces are reminiscent of the gothic elements at St. Andrew’s.

For this swimming pool renovation in Long Grove, Il we started by building a new pool structure inside an existing steel walled, concrete bottomed pool. We then added a new hot tub with its own dedicated, separate equipment. Both pool and spa received Hartstone coping and Jewelscapes glass bead interior. The pool has a full-end sun shelf in the deep end of the pool and full-end steps in the shallow end. The pool is also equipped with a new automatic cover. The Hot Tub equipment is located in the basement, which provides for year-round operation. Both the pool and the hot tub are controlled by a Pentair Intellitouch system with iPhone interface compatibility.

What we came up with is what we refer to as Industrial Chic – an interior that celebrates the grit and sexiness of the city but also embraces the metropolitan chicness that only Manhattan can provide. We took raw elements such as blackened steel, bronze and concrete and paired them with soft, tactile fabrics like cottons, silk, leathers + furs in subtle shades of greys + neutral tones to create an inviting, artistic + unique atmosphere. It’s the small yet subtle details of this interior that set the mood – buffalo leather clad columns + walls, crystal + LED wallpapers, fur rugs + bed throws and polished precious metal details throughout.
