We installed this beautiful home theater with collaboration with an interior designer. Speakers are hidden in vintage cabinets, equipment is automated with a touch-screen remote and lighting is fully automated for movie night or entertaining.

We were asked to help transform a cluttered, half-finished common area to an organized, multi-functional homework/play/lounge space for this family of six. They were so pleased with the desk setup for the kids, that we created a similar workspace for their office. In the midst of designing these living areas, they had a leak in their kitchen, so we jumped at the opportunity to give them a brand new one. This project was a true collaboration between owner and designer, as it was done completely remotely.

This project won in the 2013 Builders Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh Housing Excellence Award for Best Urban Renewal Renovation Project. The glass bowl was made in the glass studio owned by the owner which is adjacent to the residence. The mirror is a repurposed window. The door is repurposed from a boarding house. George Mendel

The homeowners wanted their powder room updated and collaborated with Renowned's lead designer on the new cabinets, vanity design, finishes, and fixtures including the stunning Kohler Designer Sink Melissa using screen sharing, Pinterest, Houzz and lots of phone calls was able to manage the project remotely. The results? A beautiful powder room .
