Greenleaf units are all controlled through an AMX system using an intuitive iPad user interface. With such a powerful system, residents are able to control their lighting, as well as powered shades and motorized windows through the simple touch of a button.
Intelligence in Technology
Thanks to automated sensors, residents are always in the know about their home and safety – whether at home or away. The control system monitors the weather and natural lighting to close powered windows if they need to be shut for incoming rain, and raise or lower shades automatically.
Lights can be set to turn on as any resident gets home from work late at night, welcoming them home after a long day away. While they are getting ready to head out for a night on the town, residents can listen to their favorite music throughout the home and call the elevator when they’re ready all from one spot.

I love engaging with new clients, ascertaining their needs through various interviews and meetings and then collaborating as we build their finished concept together. The variety of design styles, room layouts and function changes so much between one person and the next that no two finished products are remotely the same. This fluidity allows for endless possibilities for exploration in my field. It keeps the job interesting and has always given me a particular sense of reward and accomplishment as we near completion. The greatest personal recompense in this chosen profession is being able to walk with a client through this process and come out the other side with that client feeling elated with the end result.

Prestige Residential ConstructionSheridan Beach Lakefront Remodel: Lifestyle Enhanced!
Lakeside living at its finest! The owners of this dated Sheridan Beach home wanted an entertaining space that would take full advantage of the beautiful Lake Washington location. Adams Architecture and Prestige Residential Construction collaborated to realize this dream with timeless touches and advanced home technology.
The light filled kitchen features a generous island and high quality stainless steel appliances. The entire great room, including the wet bar, is fitted with traditional custom cabinets serving a variety of functions including always needed extra storage. With wide French and bi-fold doors open, the space welcomes the outside in with views of the lake and Mount Rainier. When entertaining, guests can flow seamlessly from the heated tile floors to the lakeside deck.
Of special construction note: the homeowners wanted to utilize the latest technology in their home without sacrificing design. To this end, the multi-zoned HVAC system is well concealed in the box beam ceiling and maximizes comfort throughout the entire home. The great room is outfitted with state-of-the-art technology, including LED lighting, power window coverings via a Lutron keypad system accessible through iPad or iPhone. The audio/visual system uses a universal remote and concealed ceiling mounted speakers.

The variety of design styles, room layouts and function changes so much between one person and the next that no two finished products are remotely the same. This fluidity allows for endless possibilities for exploration in my field. It keeps the job interesting and has always given me a particular sense of reward and accomplishment as we near completion. The greatest personal recompense in this chosen profession is being able to walk with a client through this process and come out the other side with that client feeling elated with the end result.

I love engaging with new clients, ascertaining their needs through various interviews and meetings and then collaborating as we build their finished concept together.
