Large minimalist white three-story mixed siding flat roof photo in Houston with a metal roof

With the help of our rendering and the design of some one-off components, this fun project is nearing completion. Our work here includes a complete 3d modeled/rendered interior, one-off designed accent wall (rendering, construction plans, wiring schematic, etc), custom faux beam plans, one-off ceiling speakers and center channel designed and CNC fabricated (renderings, drafted plans, CNC cut parts, assembly, and finish), and a custom door graphic for the cabinet behind the couch.

This project won in the 2013 Builders Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh Housing Excellence Award for Best Urban Renewal Renovation Project. The glass bowl was made in the glass studio owned by the owner which is adjacent to the residence. The mirror is a repurposed window. The door is repurposed from a boarding house.

This remodeling project focused on revitalizing a 25-year-old residence while preserving its original architectural character. The client's vision was to maintain the existing exterior appearance, with targeted upgrades including brick refurbishment, updated window frames, and refreshed exterior trims to give the home a renewed and contemporary feel without altering its identity.
The interior underwent a more comprehensive transformation. The scope included new flooring throughout the home, updated wall and ceiling finishes, redesigned lighting schemes, and complete bathroom renovations. The furniture layout was intentionally left flexible, allowing the client to explore and finalize furnishing options independently while visualizing the renovated spaces.
The project was modeled in SketchUp and rendered using D5 Render, providing realistic visualizations that helped communicate the proposed improvements and guide design decisions throughout the renovation process.

Looking for a nice clean crown molding, but what something different? These homeowners did just that with a simple clean flat molding applied to the wall and ceiling to create this look.

This is an organic Lime Wash done with a true lime wash product as opposed to a brick mortar or concrete that is often seen on new houses. This product can be applied as a solid coating making the surface completely white, or can be applied and "washed off" in many artistic ways, as seen here. If you hate your brick or just want something unique this is a great option!

This fun classic kitchen in Gold River features Columbia frameless cabinets in Sandy Hook grey. A green glass backsplash in a random matte and polished pattern complements the cabinets which are faced with both painted wood and frosted glass. The Silestone countertops in the Lyra finish have an ogee bullnose edge. The floors are finished in a rich brown porcelain tile of varying sizes that are made to resemble distressed wood.
