This entry sets the tone for a bold, personality-driven renovation of a 100+ year-old Minneapolis home. Deep olive green wraps the walls, trim, and full-glass entry door, while vertical wood slats add architectural texture and dimension. Black-and-white checkerboard flooring brings a graphic contrast, and sculptural amber wall lights add warmth to the moody palette. The result is a small but memorable entry that embraces the character of the original home while giving it a fresh, unexpected point of view.

The Master Bathroom was the only room in this lovely Fredericksburg home that needed updating. As the second owners of this property, our clients were unhappy with the contractor grade selections that the original homeowners made in this room. They came to us with a few requests-- they wanted to expand the shower and remove an awkward column between the vanities as well as replace the tile in all the areas.
We used Cambria Somerset quartz on the counters because it harmonized nicely with the colors in the mosaic tile accent used in the shower and on the face of the soaking tub. We chose the same Happy Floors Eternity tile in Gold but used various sizes for the floor and in the shower and on the tub deck, which contributed to the relaxing, spa-like atmosphere of the space. A rich and warm earth tone for the walls (Benjamin Moore’s Rich Clay Brown) was the final element in creating a beautiful Master Bathroom to complete an already lovely home.

This hall window drapery is soft and transparent. It allows for a view but also provides abundant interest. The knife pleat top is tailored yet clean and the fabric used abundant and full. Notice the clean lines of the leaded bottom hem.

Detail shot of our honeycomb translucent white fabrics. Honeycomb fabrics are best for tall openings or for black out in a bedroom.

Such a pristine canvas – the surface of the gorgeous Calacatta San Nicola is pure as snow with prominent splashes of silver. Eloquently and expertly designed to stand out, this stone exudes confidence and grandeur in its pattern. Luxury set in stone.
