Innovative Design Build was hired to renovate a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo in the prestigious Symphony building in downtown Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The project included a full renovation of the kitchen, guest bathroom and primary bathroom. We also did small upgrades throughout the remainder of the property. The goal was to modernize the property using upscale finishes creating a streamline monochromatic space. The customization throughout this property is vast, including but not limited to: a hidden electrical panel, popup kitchen outlet with a stone top, custom kitchen cabinets and vanities. By using gorgeous finishes and quality products the client is sure to enjoy his home for years to come.

Shanghai Red Lacquer was hand-knotted in Nepal of 100% Himalayan wool using our plush Lama weave. The pile height of this rug is about 0.45 inches, complimenting the rich, plush texture of the construction. Shanghai Red Lacquer is classic without being formal. This eastern inspired design combines heathered nuances with bold pattern, a stylish rug that sets a tone, but plays well with the furniture. The brilliant ruby red and midnight black accents are perfect for modern or contemporary settings.

Inspiration for a modern landscaping in Austin.

The clients wanted to brighten up the living room with a pastel colour palette. They also wanted to create a cozy focal point with the custom stone fireplace. The first thing we did was change out the heavy burgundy couches for a light blue sectional with electric reclining options. For extra seating we added soft pastels armchairs, warm lighting, a soft area rug and welcoming cushions and accessories. We opted for a lighter shade of blue for the walls to keep the tones almost monochromatic. The clients now spend much more time in their new living room and are now able to entertain guests in a home set up for lounging, relaxing and connecting. Materials used: Stained wood coffee and end tables, Electric reclining blue fabric sectional, Natural white stone, Uniboard custom veneer mantle shelf, round wood mirror, Ceramic table lamp, wood and brass tripod floor lamp, wool area rug, Artwork from local Montreal artists, soft rose velvet curtains and white sheers, Sherwin Williams paint for walls, trim, and ceiling.
