Innovative Design BuildWe feel this is a great example of a beautiful kitchen remodel that did not require down-to-the-studs renovation. The changes to the cabinetry, countertops, backsplash, lighting and hardware completely transformed the look of the room. It’s now a relaxing space our clients love to use and look at from other rooms.Beautiful new cabinetry made the biggest impact on updating the kitchen. The new cabinet doors and drawer fronts are flat panel with beaded Shaker style. Brass hardware and lighting adds warmth to the space. The beautiful new blue backsplash added a relaxing touch to the room. And the custom vent hood and quartzite countertops are also stunners.
We were also able to keep elements that the homeowners loved, including their new refinished hardwood floors and wood wrapped kitchen island. Treating this renovation as a refacing saved our clients a lot of money. It was also more sustainable than a full remodel because refacing limited the amount of construction waste generated from the project.

Haven Design and ConstructionThis black, gray and gold urban farmhouse kitchen is the hub of the home for this busy family. Our team changed out the existing plain kitchen hood for this showstopper custom stainless hood with gold strapping and rivets. This provided a much needed focal point for this lovely kitchen. In addition, we changed out the 36" refrigerator to a roomier 42" refrigerator and built-in a matching paneled refrigerator cabinet. We also added the antique gold linear hardware and black and gold lighting to give it a streamlined look. Touches of black tie the kitchen design into the rest of the home's mostly black and white color scheme. The woven counter stools give the space a touch of casual elegance. A new champagne gold kitchen faucet and potfiller add additional style, while greenery and wood accessories add a touch of warmth.

Blackline RenovationsPull and replace modifications to this kitchen layout included removal of the Tuscan-style vent hood enclosure which was replaced with a streamlined stainless-steel vent hood. New honed marble countertops were installed throughout the kitchen with a simpler edge detail, giving the space a more modern feel. Other amenities included a new white subway tile backsplash, glass bubble pendant lighting, and recessed LED lights. The existing cabinets were painted a crisp, modern white, providing just the right touch of “contemporary elegance” that the homeowners wanted.

The multi-tiered ceiling provides both general task lighting & ambient cove lighting accentuating the architectural details in this kitchen. The Wolf induction cooktop and single oven, along with the Broan ventilation system, fit perfectly on limited available wall space.
Neutral arabesque glass backsplash tile was used on the wall behind the hood to create an eye-catching focal point.

Proline Range HoodsThe ProV WC is one of our most customizable wall range hoods. It comes with a chimney, too! As an added bonus, the chimney is telescoping, meaning it can retract and expand to fit in your kitchen. The control panel is easily accessible under the hood, and it features a Rheostat knob to adjust your blower power. There's not set speeds on this model; just turn the knob to find the perfect speed depending on what you are cooking.
The ProV WC also features a unique look with slanted stainless steel baffle filters, as the baffle filters in most of our models sit flat under the hood. These filters are dishwasher safe to keep you less focused on cleaning and more focused on cooking in the kitchen.
