New mahogany library. The fluted Corinthian pilasters and cornice were designed to match the existing front door surround. A 13" thick brick bearing wall was removed in order to recess the bookcase. The size and placement of the bookshelves spring from the exterior windows on the opposite wall, and the pilaster/ coffer ceiling design was used to tie the room together. Because the kitchen was surrounded by windows, we needed to provide optimal storage solutions. We used large lower drawers for ease of use and to keep the design streamlined. A back pantry and laundry room were redesigned to provide ample backup.

Traditional British Campaign styling is coupled with a neutral color palette and rich mahogany furniture to achieve a sophisticated bedroom retreat. The furniture featured is from Tommy Bahama Home's Kilimanjaro collection.

The entry way of this home is grand yet simple and modern. The rich mahogany wood door and trellis pop against the elegant limestone and simple white concrete walkway. Planters full of drought tolerant native plants bring color and vibrancy adding a sense of drama as you ascend to the front door.

This Great Room is a throwback to a gentleman's club in the Prohibition Era that includes a mahogany paneled bar and library. Warm mahogany floors, paneled walls with gold leafing and coffered ceiling make for a rich cozy feel to the room.

Handscraped or distressed hardwood floors have a natural worn appearance. They look like floors from the days when floors were finished by hand.
