Sometimes gathering is more about small groups standing around a bar catching up. In the basement, I wanted the bar to float so that it was easy to slide up a stool or simply stand without legs or walls getting in the way. Luckily we had two great steel lolly columns we were able to leverage as supports for the bar. Working with a local artisan we created industrial deco clamps, incorporating the same curve from the other custom made elements in the space, to clamp the reclaimed wood top to the steel columns.

The bar stools in this collection are inspired by constructive-like character of stool by Lise Johansson – Pape. This piece features rounded Scandinavian lines with an industry-like shape. Basic elements of this stool are applied to bar stool in a different, more dynamic manner. The seat consists of four panels which resemble the shape of three leaf clover. Additional dynamic nature is achieved by seat cuts, which is slightly bent upward, thus giving impression of lightness of the entire piece. Industrial look is intensified by cross bars on legs which are made of steel elements.
Width 52 cm (20.4 in.) Length 34 cm (13.3 in.) Height 63 cm (24.8 in.)

A rejuvenation project of the entire first floor of approx. 1700sq.
The kitchen was completely redone and redesigned with relocation of all major appliances, construction of a new functioning island and creating a more open and airy feeling in the space.
A "window" was opened from the kitchen to the living space to create a connection and practical work area between the kitchen and the new home bar lounge that was constructed in the living space.
New dramatic color scheme was used to create a "grandness" felling when you walk in through the front door and accent wall to be designated as the TV wall.
The stairs were completely redesigned from wood banisters and carpeted steps to a minimalistic iron design combining the mid-century idea with a bit of a modern Scandinavian look.
The old family room was repurposed to be the new official dinning area with a grand buffet cabinet line, dramatic light fixture and a new minimalistic look for the fireplace with 3d white tiles.
