It would seem sensible to use a rolling scaffolding for this project, but with only one person working, climbing up and down ladders was a lot faster than scrambling around a scaffolding. Thankfully the material was very light, so lifting the pieces and getting the groove caught on the tongue was rarely very challenging.

Marking the nexus between the pool area and the side garden, this pavilion is a beautiful centerpiece to the garden. Espaliered smoke trees (Cotinus) have since covered rear wall and roses scramble over the pavilion.
