We also created a seamless flow between the ceiling and the cabinets with taller custom cabinets. We added a bar countertop and opened up the wall to allow for more interaction between kitchen and dinning room space. These were the problems plaguing the World of Beer Bar in Tampa Bay, FL, when they got in touch with us for an outdoor bar pergola solution. Outdoor Project They wanted to entertain massive crowds of people and watch parties, but the guests could be limited to an outdoor seating space due to the area’s pandemic restrictions. The solution for the restaurant patio cover was the louvered roof system. The World of Beer Bar decided on a modern pergola with an automated louvered roof to create an outside terrace where their customers can enjoy Super Bowl while maintaining the government’s SOPs due to the pandemic. They loved our R-Blade pergola as it offered a covered outdoor space where they could receive and entertain their guests. They wanted the industrial patio cover installed on their outdoor terrace to offer rain protection to their customers. But they also wanted a part of the terrace to be uncovered so that their customers can enjoy the beautiful day outdoors. For the flooring in the Kitchen, Dining room, Entrance way and Bathroom we installed Floor Source Savoia; Woodland Series; Black; 6"x39" Glazed porcelain wood look tile with Charcoal gray grout. Included in this project we renovated a Bathroom and laundry station off the kitchen. The Bathroom has JSI Essex Castle Grey solid wood construction with soft close doors and drawers. Melissa and Steve purchased our National Award Winning Green Certified Remodeled Home. They had moved to Colorado previously to expand Business opportunities, but found that they missed being near their extended family members and Melissa’s native city and state. They wanted a home in a quiet neighborhood that suited their needs and had been updated to current design trends and amenities. With 2 young children a single-story home appealed to them. Steve primarily worked from home, using the formal Living Room as his home office which was central to the Kitchen and main living areas.
