Painting the walls a soft blue throughout was a key element to updating this beachside condo. We first remodeled this condo over a decade ago so it was time for an upgrade! The distressed wood console and stone lamp let the Mary Hong mirror, with its unique, scattered glass frame, shine and reflect the beauty of the rest of the condo. The custom rug has a neutral background with a viscose-blend abstract pattern in seaglass greens and blues.

Sumptuous silk Ann Gish bedding, with pieces featuring large, embroidered poppies in blue and green silk against a diamond-quilted silk charmeuse coverlet, make this master bedroom a truly striking room in the condo. The wood and upholstered bed overlooks the bay and provides a perfect place for a peaceful evening's rest and respite.

The large, L-shaped, screened-in lanai has sweeping views of the bay and breathtaking views of the sunset so the homeowners love to entertain here. We accommodated their lifestyle by putting in this comfortable seating area, using a mix of neutral and patterned fabrics and textures on the furniture, accent pillows and custom rug. On the rest of the lanai (not pictured), there is a full-size dining table and chairs, and another, cozier seating area facing a fully-stocked bar.
