The floor plan did not really change, but I do believe it's quite a transformation! Client really wanted an updated colonial/vintage kind of look and we settled on these gorgeous gray cabinets from Coastal Cabinets.

This is an example of a small farmhouse partial sun front yard landscaping in New York for summer.

I can't even remember what color this room was before the deep blue was painted. We looked at Hale Navy, Newberryport and Stiffkey Blue, but settled on Gentleman's Gray. The carpet has a blue gray strip to it that is very subtle.

This home was in a severe Fire, we were called to fix the damages and the insurance was paying 10k under our estimate. We settled with the insurance company and our client ended up with a nicer home and all payed for.
