A sculptural statement in its own right, this concrete-and-glass “Gallery House” was designed to showcase the owners’ art collection as well as the natural landscape. The architecture is truly one with its site: To the east, a sheltering wall echoes the curve of a crowded cul-de-sac, while to the west, the design follows the sweeping contours of the cliff—ensuring privacy while maximizing views. The architectural details demanded flawless construction: Windows and doors stretch floor-to-ceiling, and minimalist reveals define the walls, which “float” between perfect shadow lines in the long T-shape foyer. Ideal for entertaining, the layout fosters seamless indoor-outdoor living. Amenities include four pocketing glass walls, a lanai with heated floor, and a partially cantilevered multi-level terrace. The front courtyard sequesters a frameless glass entry. From here, sight lines stretch through the house to an infinity pool that hovers between sky and sea.

Simple yet bold bathroom remodels completed at Shadow Wood Country Club in Bonita Springs. The master bathroom shows off a transitional design with a peppercorn door color in a simple shaker style door and Cambria quartz countertops, with brushed nickel accents. A small grey glass tile backsplash was also included to round off the area. We have also included an elegant makeup vanity in the center of the cabinetry, perfect for any woman. This beautiful drystacked mortarless exterior accent wall showcases a custom blend of Brighton, Shadow Vista, and Kirkland. Brighton is a neutral real thin stone veneer in the ledgestone style. The natural stone has fairly consistent shades of grey with an occasional touch of tan or brown mineral staining. Brighton shines as a unique grey natural stone with beautiful veining. The stone appears to be relatively monochromatic from a distance, however, upon close inspection the strong veining is apparent. Brighton’s veining comes from the layering of the stone within the ground. Horizontal veining like that found in Brighton can only be achieved with natural stone. Brighton falls into the ledgestone category due to the smaller heights. The individual pieces are shorter in length than most of our other natural stone veneers; the length is due to the formation of the stone within the quarry.
