The master suite was positioned in the front of the house with direct views to the ocean. We felt that the chandelier needed to make a statement do we went with a larger piece rather than a smaller one. It looks amazing from the beach. The fabrics were hand selected for the headboard and window treatments. We pride ourselves to be great shoppers. Not everything needs to be custom unless the client prefers custom. We found the bedding at our local Pottery Barn. The colors were perfect for the design. We also found the deciorative pillows at our local Home Goods.

So many Crescent House shoppers have purchased the enchanting Monte Carlo sofa in a neutral gray or white upholstery with dark nailheads, but we're thrilled that the Pflugerville customers who bought this one changed it up. They customized this sofa with "Oakley Ink" upholstery, pewter nailheads and a mix of contemporary shale and "Animal Kingdom"-patterned toss pillows. Why do we like this so much? 2013 marks the third year we’ve helped our shop-owner friends in Gastown get ready for the holidays in style: We design installations for their shops and they pay only the cost of materials. This year 40 volunteers helped bring the concepts to life – fellow designers, design students and a handful of people who just love to decorate for the holidays. To pass on the love a little further shoppers could enter to win win their own bit of Gastown – a 24″ birch bark and copper wreath.
