The Family Room received a completely new upscale feeling and functionality simply by removing the window bench, adding doors and a cornice to the old bookcases, wool carpet, harmonious new paint colors, and Scandinavian Stressless recliners from Danish Furniture of Colorado.

This Hone Closet System features an integrated baby changing station. This eliminates the need to purchase a baby changing table and frees up precious floorspace. When the baby is done needing changed, simply remove the pad, insert the hanging rod, and clip the doors back on.

Stripped of its original charm with sagging floors and water leaks, this 1900 row house was prime for a full renovation. While the staircase and marble fireplace are original, everything from the white oak flooring, crown, applied, and base moldings, to the archways and brass door hardware is new; yet they all feel original to the house. Other projects included removing soffits and tucking away randomly placed support beams and posts, relocating and expanding the kitchen, renovating each bathroom – and adding a new one, upgrading all the mechanical, electric and plumbing systems, removing a fireplace, and regrading the back patio for proper drainage and added greenery. The clients wanted a refresh on their master suite while keeping the majority of the plumbing in the same space. Keeping the shower were it was we simply removed some minimal walls at their master shower area which created a larger, more dramatic, and very functional master wellness retreat. The new space features a expansive showering area, as well as two furniture sink vanity, and seated makeup area. A serene color palette and a variety of textures gives this bathroom a spa-like vibe and the dusty blue highlights repeated in glass accent tiles, delicate wallpaper and customized blue tub. A narrow hallway in a 70's rancher was dramatically transformed by simply removing a hall closet, creating a gallery alcove. Two alder wood shelves hold framed art and art glass pieces; one turns the inside corner, the other wraps around the outside corner. An antique wood sideboard sits comfortably below.
