This beautiful farmhouse chic bathroom has a black and white patterned cement tile floor. The wall tiles are white subway tiles with black grout. The furniture grade vanity is topped with a white Carrera marble counter. Oil rubbed bronze fixtures complete the room with a contemporary and polished look. Welcome to this sports lover’s paradise in West Chester, PA! We started with the completely blank palette of an unfinished basement and created space for everyone in the family by adding a main television watching space, a play area, a bar area, a full bathroom and an exercise room. The floor is COREtek engineered hardwood, which is waterproof and durable, and great for basements and floors that might take a beating. Combining wood, steel, tin and brick, this modern farmhouse looking basement is chic and ready to host family and friends to watch sporting events! This is the dining room, I wanted this room to make a statement. The paneling design on the wall was already white, so I decided to paint the walls needlepoint navy. I dressed the window with a white custom drapery and bronze drapery rod. I used a live edge table with white dining chairs. The rug was my inspirational piece for this room, it just brought everything together. The one piece that the customer had to have was cotton, so I accessorized the table with a vase with cotton and brought in a blue table runner and some white dishes.

We are proud to say that this kitchen was featured in a Houzz Kitchen of the Week article! What a spectacular side-by-side stainless steel refrigerator topped with a large cabinet to store holiday items or large pots. Rustic wood shelves sit to the left of the fridge to display coffee cups and specialty dishes. An overview of the back yard shows one method of effectively dividing a patio into different rooms without chopping up the space. The small carriage walk on the left, while seldom used, binds the spaces and completes the design thought. Landscape design by John Algozzini. Photo Courtesy of Mike Crews Photography.

A stone wall was removed and the layout reworked to create more room for two people to cook at the same time in this new kitchen. The raised ceiling and creamy cabinets make things more open and a custom hood over the stone backsplash creates a strong focal point. The gorgeous island has a surround of reclaimed wood and also compliments the same wood also used on the raised ceiling.
