We designed, prewired, installed, and programmed this 5 story brown stone home in Back Bay for whole house audio, lighting control, media room, TV locations, surround sound, Savant home automation, outdoor audio, motorized shades, networking and more. We worked in collaboration with ARC Design builder on this project. This home was featured in the 2019 New England HOME Magazine.

We thought of everything… really. Laundry hamper is tucked away on the other side of the crib. Love the shadows against the brick wall and the closet door. The layers of bedding with ivory, whites and pale blue make it the coziest snooze zone in the neighborhood.

The quest for the perfect dog friendly landscape took a fun turn this year with canine clients Rey and Finn. The Havanese siblings insisted on a large patio with room for snoozing and snacking, healthy turf for sniffing and rolling, and a dedicated area for when Mother Nature calls. The homeowners wanted a large outdoor room for relaxing and entertaining and to ensure there were no toxic plants, as we all know how much puppies will eat just about anything.
