"ACE Content develops and produces premium original content for studios, distributors, media networks and brands including feature film, episodic television, print & publishing, digital & social and experiential/live events." - ACE Content ​ ACE Content wanted to renovate their entire space and create a new layout. The existing floor, partitions, ceiling, and lighting were all demolished. They wanted an updated space that allowed for more flexibility between sections in the office. In order to create a flexible space, I designed accordion doors that were fitted for the meeting room spaces, and designed an open floor plan to encourage collaboration in the office. The accordion style doors and glass/steel mullion partitions were based off of the designs from the Anomaly Door Designs 2017. Architect Matthew Coates’ award-winning “ReHOME: Resilience & Regeneration” project takes on two pressing social and environmental issues: the lack of affordable housing in cities throughout the United States, and the vast amount of waste produced during construction and demolition. This project won the prestigious 2022 AIA Seattle’s Award of Merit in “Research & Innovation” owing to its plan to save millions of dollars in resources while creating jobs that develop employable skills and constructing low-cost housing for diverse demographics. Through community engagement and volunteer work, future residents will benefit from the housing while learning skills of construction and management. The vision is to then introduce volunteers to industries wherein they might acquire future employment. This newly renovated contemporary kitchen is a hub of socializing. An 8-foot long kitchen island with a waterfall quartz countertop increases storage and prep surfaces for cooking. Warm wood elements give a soft touch to the classic white custom millwork. Floating wood shelves give a designer’s touch, allowing special dishes to be put on display. A built-in refrigerator adds to the clean and refined aesthetic.

This is a new hybrid senior living campus involving a blend of entrance fee and rental models aimed at the middle market. This new campus will provide a full spectrum of housing and care including 100 independent living apartments, 24 villa homes, 48 assisted living apartments, 30 assisted living memory care apartments and 102 private, skilled nursing rooms for long term care and short-term rehabilitation. This building includes three and four stories of apartment development on 20 acres of land. Indoor and outdoor common areas are designed to foster experiences that encourage social relationships, wellness and life-long learning. Food service equipment, processes and even menus are all created to provide extraordinary dining experiences in bistros, restaurants and casual venues. Supportive technology is infused throughout the campus to enhance the resident experience and provide “behind the scenes” health care monitoring and care.
