USI loves this graphite hexagon tile and Carrara marble sink. Although the mirror is still in transit for delivery, USI couldn't wait to show off how awesome this tile and are vanity looks.

Pictures do not do this space justice. On the opposing wall of the previous picture, USI created a seating area where this rustic ledge from Restoration Hardware paired with clear frames that highlight feathers and twig decor continues the theme of nature.

This kitchen really took an overhaul. By painting the existing cabinets white and adding new hardware, to new stainless steel appliances, to incorporating sleek, beveled, graphite subway tile, to the leathered black granite... this space looks like a completely different kitchen... (check out the BEFORE photos).

This client needed a clutter-free "home office" for him and his sweet dog. He did not need a lot of storage, since his occupation is computer driven, thus, he desired a casual, yet, organized place to work.
By changing the hard wood color to a darker color, changing the paint color, adding an accent wall, purchasing simple, yet, rustic-looking office furniture, USI was able to create a wonderful home-work space.

Another angle.
Being cost conscience, USI extended the lower cabinets to increase his work station for food prep. By designing this space without purchasing upper cabinets, USI not only saved some money, but was able to incorporate an industrial, yet, functional shelf for spices and paper towels that is not only a pretty piece of decor, but is useful.

This project won in the 2013 Builders Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh Housing Excellence Award for Best Urban Renewal Renovation Project. The glass bowl was made in the glass studio owned by the owner which is adjacent to the residence. The mirror is a repurposed window. The door is repurposed from a boarding house.

Here's a close up of the resting station. This picture really does not do this space justice!
Look close at the details.... Notice the cute b/w photos of the dog and the rustic key in the center of this grouping...as the focal point.
This space is not only intended to be a place to drop his keys in the river rock tray, but the sweet basket below is intended to be a storage place for his dogs toys and leash as they walk back in.

This living room has a long wall that needed something interesting that had a little flare but still a clean and rustic feel. But utilizing vintage garden stakes as picture frames holders, flanked by these mirrored, iron candle holders, USI was able to create a natural look for this bachelor.
We are waiting for the sofa and a few chairs to still be delivered and will and will add those photos soon, we thought you'd like to see this space.

The pool and hot tub. You can put chairs onto the stepping pads and enjoy a nice day by the pool.

This family room was updated using a soft palette of greens, blues and lavender in all new furniture, rugs, lamps etc. It is super functional for a busy family. All of the fabrics and the rug are performance. The new modern light fixture is a perfect balance with the traditional style of the room.
