Project by Studio H:T. Principal Brad Tomecek now with Tomecek Studio Architecture. Constructed using a sophisticated German prefabrication system, this unique 40 feet wide property boasts expansive front range views. The humble transparent entry elevation is based on a series of north-south solid walls that are connected with storefront glass. This experience unfolds moving through the residence until the occupant is hovering on a deck three stories above the rear yard – ‘floating’ in the trees. The luxurious, tranquility of the lounge with beautiful sea views fits perfectly with the overall feel of the home. We designed sumptuous, comfy custom-made couches to allow the family to truly relax and enjoy their living room space, and paired it with feather filled scatter cushions in textured neutral fabrics. A faux fur throw adds that extra bit of warmth and texture to the space which the clients absolutely loved. We focused on bringing in a lot of natural textures to the space which included a large, gorgeous natural fiber rug. All the furniture was custom designed and manufactured to fit the space perfectly. A stand-out feature of the room is the solid Oak Butler’s tray coffee table that Cheryl designed and paired perfectly with coastal decorative objét pieces and pops of warm gold in the form of candle holders. We kept the palette neutral and soft by choosing linen curtains throughout, with simple sheers behind the blockout lined curtains, which frame the large windows, and allow for either complete privacy or a spectacular ocean seafront view. An absolute dream lounge!

This amazing kitchen is the central focus of this home. The Glacier white cabinets from Wellborn give you a pristine background to make the space feel clean, calm, and elegant. The beautiful curved wood hood is from Wellborn as well. It looks stunning on the back wall between the windows. There are custom refrigerator panels on the Sub-Zero appliance. The island is a beautiful new stain from Wellborn called DRIFT. It is a gray/brown stain that looks fabulous with the Silestone Ariel quartz on the island. The wide planks on the back of the island give the same tongue and groove look as the beautiful painted ceiling. This kitchen is not lacking in storage or in counter surface. It is a fantastic, functioning, and aesthetically pleasing space! This particular area has a hutch look to it with large wall cabinets down to the countertop. Several appliances could be stored in these cabinets and there are outlets in the back of each. The decorative toe space adds to the furniture look.

With a focus on raw wine storage capacity, design and aesthetics, IWA built this dedicated wine room with a 2,000 bottle capacity in Tiburon, California. Opposite the door we placed a beautiful tabletop archway with dramatic display racking above the arch. To enlarge the countertop space and maximize bottle capacity, we designed double-deep solid-wood diamond racks below the tabletop. In the dead corners of the cellar we created half-hidden bin storage. The racks extended from floor to ceiling, which also increased bottle capacity, and we designed a rolling ladder for access to bottles near the ceiling. We placed rectangular bins on the side walls for easy access to wood and carton cases. We used double display rows with LED accent lighting for maximum drama and impact.

Our wine cellar builders installed premium redwood wine racks in this commercial wine cellar. As you can see, they were left unfinished, in favor of a bright, clean wine cellar design TX. The materials chosen – exposed concrete, metal, and textures of concrete – not only contribute to the aesthetic appeal but also ensure durability and ease of maintenance, blending the structure seamlessly into its environment. Interior Design: The interior of La Casita is a journey of discovery, with each level offering its own unique experience. A striking feature is the three-story staircase, which unveils itself in a curious and unconventional manner, adding an element of intrigue to the space. The owner of this central Berlin Mitte apartment needed more storage space and came to Dittmar & friends to get customised furnitures. I took over the project management and planning and after a meeting with the client and the measurement on site, some first designs have been sketched and discussed with him. As a result I designed two closets, which were fitted into a wall recess, and one big wardrobe, which was a room divider at the same time, to optimise the storage space in his apartment. The Design of the furnitures was kept very simple, because of the clients passion for eye-catching decoration and artwork. I focused on a minimalistic design with interesting details, such as the leather handles of the wardrobe, which were made out of an old belt of the client, or the drawers of the cupboards, which were made of solid oak. The flat has been transformed with the use of neutral, clean and simple elements that blend subtly with the architecture of the shell. Classic furniture and modern details complement and enhance one another. The focus in this project is on craftsmanship, handiwork and the use of traditional, natural, timeless materials. A mix of solid oak, stucco plaster, marble and bronze emphasize the building’s heritage. The raw stucco walls provide a simple, earthy warmth, referencing artisanal plasterwork. With its muted tones and rough-hewn simplicity, stucco is the perfect backdrop for the timeless furniture and interiors. Feature wall lights have been carefully placed to bring out the surface of the stucco, creating a dramatic feel throughout the living room and corridor.
